The victim was soon pronounced dead at the scene with a gunshot wound to the head.
According to witnesses, the two were involved in an altercation at a gas station prior to the viral clip.
Police later arrested 23-year-old Deshawn Thomas in connection with the shooting, who is now facing charges for first-degree murder and armed criminal action.
In a statement Monday night, police identified the victim as David Saldana, who appears to have been homeless. Additional details have not been released as of this time.
