New details are emerging daily of the political bias shown by the judge in the trial of Roger Stone, upsetting supporters of President Donald J. Trump who see little more than a two-tiered system of Justice in America where Democrats live in a privileged society, and Conservatives are denied their civil rights.
The information getting out this week about the Obama appointed judge’s behavior is so powerful, showing the bias so egregious, as to make counsel ask for a new trial for the second time, Friday. The first request for a new trial was denied.

Judge Amy Berman Jackson is being accused of ignoring the concerns of Stone’s defense team about juror bias, as reported by National File, and is finally being scrutinized after placing a gag order on Stone, and is going into the media spotlight as the sentencing phase of Stone’s trial approaches.
Tomeka Hart was the foreperson of Stone’s Jury and showed obvious political bias in social media posts, which is highly questionable in a jury where it is reported that a potential juror was dismissed for activism with former President Ronald Regan.

Stone is set to be sentenced Feb.20, 2020. He has not been allowed to speak to his friends and supporters or talk publically about his case, or the charges brought against him.
It is now being exposed in more detail that at the same time Berman allowed anti-Roger Stone jurors, she denied anyone with a hint of pro-Liberty activism to sit on the jury for Stone’s trial.
Many of the political anti-Stone leanings were right out in public, and journalists are starting to piece the shocking treatment of Stone, together for the public.
Jacob Engles, who claims Berman was set to have him arrested for covering the trail, reported on the events around the trial and the trial itself, Friday and, wrote:
“They claimed that we were threatening the safety of the juror and the sanctity of the trial, never mind that we never mentioned the name of the juror or any other information that could lead to them being harmed. In fact, mainstream media reporters had already tweeted far more personal information about the juror. However, this did not stop corrupt Judge Amy Berman Jackson and the Mueller prosecution team from doing something unheard of and drastic. Before court the next day, I was informed by several sources that Judge Amy had issued a sealed order of contempt for thisme, there was even talk of having me detained for trying to “intimidate potential jurors” through my reporting,” Engles said.
