When an individual acts in such a way as to indicate a preference for a foreign country over the United States, then he or she may provide information or make decisions that are harmful to the interests of the United States. Foreign involvement raises concerns about an individual’s judgment, reliability, and trustworthiness when it is in conflict with U.S. national interests or when the individual acts to conceal it.
Conditions that could raise a security concern and may be disqualifying include:
(A)Â participation in foreign activities, including but not limited to:
(1) assuming or attempting to assume any type of employment, position, or political office in a foreign government or military organization; and

However, there is more evidence to show that it is likely that money that was transmitted to funds and PACs managed by Kevin McCarthy comes from at least 22 foreign nations, thus posing a massive national security risk of blackmail and leverage over Kevin McCarthy – particularly when our team matched up donations with countries in which his roommate Frank Luntz conducted business. There were at least two nations in which Frank Luntz engaged in what appears to be foreign election activity.
(2) otherwise acting to serve the interests of a foreign person, group, organization, or government in any way that conflicts with U.S. national security interests;

The cumulative impact of McCarthy’s relationship with FTX’s Bahamas unit co-CEO Ryan Salame and the 22 foreign nations FTX did business with, along with closely-aligned Alameda Investments, (the company run by Sam Bankman-Fried’s girlfriend who’s now cooperating with US authorities) put into question McCarthy’s loyalties to the United States.
The countries with which there were ties included: 🇨🇾 🇰🇷 🇨🇦 🇰🇾 🇨🇭 🇻🇮 🇸🇬 🇬🇧 🇮🇩 🇿🇦 🇪🇪 🇵🇭 🇹🇷 🇹🇼 🇮🇱 🇭🇰 🇮🇳 🇻🇳 🇳🇱 🇯🇵 🇹🇭 🇦🇺 Cyprus, Korea, Canada, Cayman Islands, Switzerland, British Virgin Islands, Singapore, UK, Indonesia, South Africa, Estonia, Philippines, Turkey, Taiwan, Israel, Hong Kong, India, Vietnam, Netherlands, Japan, Thailand, and Australia.
These relationships create an immense risk for America should Kevin McCarthy become Speaker of the House, since millions of dollars were likely comingled with foreign money that was donated to McCarthy-influenced Political Action Committees.
It is currently unclear exactly what percentage of the $2.8 million that Ryan Salame donated to Kevin McCarthy’s Congressional Leadership Fund was from foreign deposits into FTX coffers, however, Kevin McCarthy admits himself to receiving these funds.

The US attorney of the Southern District of New York, Damian Williams, who is handling the case against the fraud committed by Sam Bankman-Fried of FTX, will likely investigate McCarthy, particularly since Damian was appointed as US Attorney by the current CCP Ambassador pResident Biden and had previously clerked for the acting Attorney General Merrick Garland.
This amount of massive leverage that the CCP captured in the executive branch will be hanging over McCarthy, at a time when the nation needs a wartime Speaker of the House, not compromised by foreign preference or foreign interests.
This is unacceptable if these United States are to recover from the current constitutional crisis at hand.
This evidence of foreign preference will be leveraged by CCP pResident Biden (who is defiling our White House) and Vice pResident Harris (who is defiling our Naval Observatory).
Particularly since both of them have already been proven to be captured CCP and Big Pharma ambassadors/agents, from the evidence shown by the Biden Criminal Syndicate Laptop Report along with the Twitter Files released by Elon Musk, showcasing the censorship in favor of increasing mandated sales of the Wuhan Flu Emergency Use Authorized products by both Biden/Harris.
VERDICT: Kevin McCarthy’s counterintelligence risk of Foreign Preference can become catastrophic to our Constitutional order as he is considering running to be the #3 Constitutional Federal officer of these United States.
