The left-wing German government is targetting Stew Peters and other American news reporters for Twitter censorship through their Network Enforcement Act, and Twitter is obliging them, performing “information requests” on the accounts of American citizens to determine if their tweets violate German censorship laws.
Stew Peters, whose Twitter account was recently restored following Elon Musk’s takeover, is being targetted for censorship by Germany’s left-wing government as the anti-speech laws they put into place to silence their own citizens are now reaching across the Atlantic in attempts to silence American citizens.
In an email letter received by Peters from Twitter, informing him that they’d launched an investigation into his tweets at the behest of the German government, Twitter claimed that they’re “required by German law to provide notice to users who are reported by people from Germany via the Network Enforcement Act reporting flow.”
The tweet that the German government took issue with was regarding immigration into Western and European nations. Germany, by way of their left-wing government’s “Fourth Reich”-style dominance over the European Union, has spearheaded the opening of European borders and has used economic blackmail to bully smaller EU nations into accepting millions of third-world migrants.
Seemingly, the German government was attempting to use censorship laws and Twitter, an American corporation, to silence an American citizen for opposing their anti-Western immigration policies.

Notably, though, Twitter does not appear to have moved to take down any of Peters’ posts flagged by the German government, as of yet. In the letters sent to Peters, Twitter expressly states that his posts were found not to have violated “the Twitter Rules.”
After receiving a notice from Twitter that Germany had again taken issue with one of his tweets, this time a post that questioned the violent “homosexual” hammer assault on Paul Pelosi, Peters made a public appeal to Elon Musk, remarking that doesn’t “care about German law but it is annoying getting these notices daily.”
“Not sure why the Germans care so much about Paul Pelosi’s underwear hammer-wielding spats to begin with,” Peters tweeted, which prompted yet another complaint from the German government, as detailed in the photo below.

Stew Peters isn’t the only American being targeted for censorship by the German government. National File has also been swept up in the obvious targeting of pro-America and pro-Christian voices.
This reporter received a similar email letter from Twitter, announcing that the German government had taken issue with the online use of a Cross and American Flag emoji.
“We have investigated the reported content and have found that it is not subject to removal under the Twitter Rules,” the email explained.
