Judge Tanya Chutkan, who President Obama appointed, has set Donald Trump’s trial date in Washington, D.C., for March 4, 2024. This is one day before Super Tuesday. Many now question if Judge Chutkan has a conflict of interest and should be removed from Trump’s case.
In an amazing exchange, Jude Chutkan showed little remorse in scheduling Trump’s trial in the middle of the 2024 election season:
Judge Chutkan: “Trial will commence March 4, 2024”
John Lauro [Trump Attorney]: “That trial date is inconsistent with President Trump’s right to due process.”
Judge Chutkan: “Your objection is noted for the record.”

Super Tuesday, which will occur on March 5, 2024, is the first date multiple primaries and caucuses occur. Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont and Virginia are the states that vote that day. California and Texas are the states that have the most GOP delegates up for grabs, a Trump sweep on Super Tuesday would put him over or extremely close to the 1,234 delegates needed to clinch the GOP nomination.
Judge Tanya Chutkan was appointed to her position by President Barack Hussein Obama in 2014, the same administration Joe Biden was a part of. If Biden is Trump’s opponent in 2024, many wonder how Judge Chutkan is allowed to oversee Trump’s case, given Biden was Obama’s Vice President during Chutkan’s appointment.
If Biden doesn’t run, and it is instead Michelle Obama on the Democrat ticket, a theory Roger Stone believes could happen, Judge Tanya Chutkan must immediately recuse herself from the case due to the fact Trump is running against the Obama’s, the family that appointed Judge Chutkan to begin with.
Monday’s trial date is another example showing globalists currently in charge of America fear Trump’s America First Movement is geared to win in 2024.
