President Donald J. Trump ignored Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s extended hand and handed her a folder containing his speech outline instead.
The President placed the folder in Pelosi’s hand, and when she took it and attempted to shake the President’s hand, he ignored her and turned his back.
The gesture of disrespect quickly went viral on social media.
