A young migrant vying to get into Europe says “I want you dead” while making threatening finger gestures to the cameramen in a video circulating Facebook.
The young man appears to be at a refugee camps, surrounded by other migrants in warm clothing, where the interview takes place.
Several heart-wrenching articles about the abject conditions experienced by displaced migrants around Europe are often published by the mainstream press.
However, the latest developments at the Greek-Turkish border have been under-reported or eclipsed by the growing coronavirus pandemic which has led to several countries to implement severe travel restrictions and to close their borders.
In the footage, the animated young migrant makes finger gun gestures to his head and a decapitation gesture in venting his rage.
Although some of what is said is unintelligible, the young man mentions “Morocco” before shouting “I want you dead! I want you dead!” while making the aggression gestures.

Many question marks, in the past five years, have arisen since the dawn of the migrant crisis surrounding the topic of assimilation and potential conflict.
