The U.S. Supreme Court rejected the plea of a Christian Maryland High School student who was failed in public school by her teacher for refusing to write out a profession of the Islamic faith called the Shahada.
The Shahada, the profession of Islamic faith reads as follows: “There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.”
The Supreme Court Justices, without comment, refused Oct. 15 to hear an appeal of the case from the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The pro-Islamic lesson involved slides that read, “Most Muslims’ faith is stronger than the average Christian.” They also were told to fill out a worksheet about the “Five Pillars” of Islam, including reciting the entire declaration to worship Islamic God, “Allah”.
The debate is longstanding and widespread in the United States over a theory, “creeping Shaira” which states proponents of Islam are influencing courts, schools and lawmakers with Islamic Sharia Law.
“Shariah law has already been enabled and subtly invoked in our country, and that any such induction like it is brought about by understated lukewarm changes, like a frog boiled in a kettle by a slow simmer,” Chuck Norris famously said in 2011.
This week, Richard Thompson, president and chief counsel of the Thomas More Law Center who filed the petition for the student said, “Under the pretext of teaching history or social studies, public schools across America are promoting the religion of Islam in ways that would never be tolerated for Christianity or any other religion.”
“It’s disappointing that the Supreme Court did not take this opportunity to clarify the test which lower courts should use when ruling on establishment clause and free speech challenges to public school classes on religion,” he said.
The school refused to give her an alternative assignment or allow her to appeal the failing grade.
“Many public schools have become hotbeds of Islamic propaganda. Teaching Islam in schools has gone far beyond a basic history lesson,” Thompson said. “Prompted by zealous Islamic activism and emboldened by confusing court decisions, schools are now bending over backwards to promote Islam while at the same time denigrating Christianity.
Despite many claims from conservatives and Christians, Democrats and Muslims continue to dispute that their aim is to force Americans to bow to the will of Islam.

According to the Tennesee Star, “Authorities attribute violence to rivalries between Somali gangs like Somali Mafia, the Somali Outlaws and Madhibaan w/ Attitude,” they wrote.

Yet there is a preponderance of evidence both in America and across the Atlantic in Europe that indicates Islam’s goal is to use the law to subjugate European people.

This Supreme Court Sanctioned incursion into our schools by Islam comes at a time when Islamic gang violence is on the rise and school authorities are shaming Christian students into submission.
