52-year-old “first son” Hunter Biden has petitioned an Arkansas court to stop his daughter, Navy, from taking his last name. Biden previously denied paternity of the child, who was born to an Arkansas stripper, but a court-ordered DNA test confirmed that Hunter Biden is indeed the little girl’s father.
Hunter Biden is in the midst of a court battle to lower his child support payments to Lunden Roberts, a former stripper and the 31-year-old mother of Navy, who currently has her mother’s surname. In addition to asking the court to lower his support payments, Hunter is asking an Arkansas judge to block Navy from assuming the Biden family name.
Along with the rest of the Biden family, Hunter has publicly snubbed his 4-year-old daughter, who he’s never met, on multiple occasions, though he now claims through court filings that he’s fighting for her not to take his last name to protect her, because “disparagement” of the Biden family is “at its height.”
He also claims that Lunden Roberts’ fight for her daughter is politically motivated. His father Joe has refused to provide security for the child and her mother, despite knowing that threats were made against them.
According to previous reports and court filings in Independence, Arkansas, where the case against Hunter Biden is being adjudicated, Lunden Roberts says that she wants Navy to have the Biden family name because it’s “now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute and politically powerful.”
The Biden name, Roberts says, has opened up major opportunities for other members of the family – opportunities that she says should also be afforded to Navy.
In fighting to lower his child support payments, Hunter Biden, who’s been making six figures selling watercolor paintings he makes by blowing through straws, is claiming in court that he’s impoverished, but Roberts is having none of it and has filed court motions citing his shady financial dealings in Ukraine. Previously, Hunter Biden has claimed that he’s forced to give half of his salary to his father, Joe, information that was revealed in his infamous “laptop from hell.”
Roberts’ attorney says that he is prepared to have Hunter Biden fly to Arkansas to give a deposition and submit to a deep investigation into his personal finances, to ensure that his 4-year-old daughter, gets the support that she needs.
Many online have pointed out the irony of Navy’s first name, as Hunter Biden was booted from the United States Navy after receiving a coveted direct commission due to his use of crack cocaine.
In addition to his tryst with Roberts, Hunter Biden has been slammed for his relationship with Hallie Biden, the widow of his deceased brother Beau, and has been accused of disturbing relationships with other members of his own family.
