Hillary Clinton, the twice failed Democrat presidential candidate and former-Obama Secretary of State responsible for the slaughter at Benghazi, has declared that should former-President Donald Trump not be convicted in the Senate it only proves that “co-conspirators” exist in the Senate “jury pool.”
Clinton, one of the most caustic and divisive figures in contemporary American politics, has been relegated to regurgitating her politically motivated partisan narratives to social media and a poorly rated podcast.
“If Senate Republicans fail to convict Donald Trump, it won’t be because the facts were with him or his lawyers mounted a competent defense,” Clinton said on Wednesday. “It will be because the jury includes his co-conspirators,” she tweeted on February 10, 2021.

Clinton also retweeted a false-narrative video, deceptively edited, that cherry-picked footage giving the false impression that Mr. Trump directly incited his supporters to commit lawless acts. The film conveniently left out a critical part of Mr. Trump’s speech where he told rally attendees to “peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.”
“As Rep. Jamie Raskin said of Donald Trump inciting an insurrection as president: ‘If that’s not an impeachable offense, there is no such thing,’” Clinton tweeted.

The video spurred former-US Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT), to question whether the opportunistically edited video violated House Rules. His complaint focused specifically on the moratorium on the “dissemination by electronic means, including by social media, of any image, video, or audio file that has been distorted or manipulated with the intent to mislead the public.”
The current proceedings in the Senate are unconstitutional to the purpose of an impeachment trail as the US Supreme Court Chief Justice is not presiding. US Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT), has told reporters that there is not written proof that the Chief Justice was even asked to preside, making the hearings nothing short of political theater.
Clinton never recovered from criticism about her inaction in Benghazi while Secretary of State that resulted in the murder of sitting US Ambassador Christopher Stevens and his foreign service information management officer Sean Smith, as well as the killing of CIA contractors Tyrone S. Woods and Glen Doherty, and wounding of ten others.
Clinton and her State Department team repeated ignored pleas for help by those on the ground that fateful night. Questions about her inaction being related to a secret illegal arms deal in Syria continue to this day.
