National File can exclusively report, as the result of a continued journalistic investigation, that an Epstein-funded influence group directly partnered with the global arm of Communist China’s military is brokering relationships between GOP Congressmen, CCP elites, and CCP-aligned politicians all over the world.
The Humpty Dumpty Institute (HDI), an influence operation that’s been funded by dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s brother Mark, is working in direct partnership with Communist China’s Taihe Institute, the “think tank” arm of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), which functions like Xi Jinping’s version of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Tasked with spreading Chinese Communism and Chinese dominance around the globe, the Taihe Institute boasts of operating “research centers” within the United States and Germany, effectively planting military outposts in the Western World.
Among other things, HDI leadership has worked with the Taihe Institute and the CCP’s governing class to advance Communist China’s Belt and Road Initiative for economic dominance.
Massive “cross-pollination” exists between HDI and the Taihe Institute, with numerous high-ranking members “rolling over” from one organization to the other.
Much like other globalist influence operations, such as the World Economic Forum, HDI has apparently “captured” multiple members of Congress, boasting a bipartisan “Congressional Advisory Board” that includes numerous of Kevin McCarthy’s speaker vote henchmen.
Among them, Rep. Don Bacon, a former Air Force Brigadier General and Nebraska GOP’er who threatened to vote for a Democrat for Speaker of the House if conservatives didn’t cede ground to McCarthy, and surrender to Nancy Pelosi’s House Rules.

In October of 2021, Bacon and other GOP Reps., including Troy Nehls (R-TX), Doug Lamborn (R-CO), and August Pfluger (R-TX), traveled to Uzbekistan on a Humpty Dumpty Institute-sponsored trip. According to an HDI webpage memorializing the event, the topics of discussion centered around creating new American investments in Uzbekistan.
The trip included an HDI-brokered meeting with Uzbekistani President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, an ex-Soviet, and an ardent supporter of Communist China, as well as other high-ranking Uzbek government officials.
Much like his close CCP allies, President Mirziyoyev has been flagged by human rights activists for running a brutal system of slavery, where children are forced to pick cotton under the threat of receiving the death penalty.
Vladimir Norov, Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, is a member of the CCP-PLA-run Taihe Institute’s Executive Council.
Rep. Bacon and his staff alike have refused to discuss his involvement with the CCP-tied Humpty Dumpty Institute with National File, and have refused to denounce HDI’s ties to the anti-American Chinese Communist Party.
Roughly a month after his HDI-sponsored trip to Uzbekistan, it was announced on November 1st, 2021, that Rep. Bacon had officially joined the Humpty Dumpty Institute’s “Congressional Advisory Board,” as had Rep. Pfluegger and Freedom Caucus Rep. Barry Moore.
While Moore doesn’t appear to have taken part in the trip to Uzbekistan, he did accompany HDI on a trip to Ukraine.
He also refused to denounce HDI’s ties to Communist China, when pressed, on video, by National File.

The silence of Bacon and Moore is akin to a wider silence on the Humpty Dumpty Influence operation within the Congressional GOP.
As reported by National File, “America First” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and her office have known of HDI’s relationship with Communist China and congressional influence operations since September 2022, when National File made them aware.
After initially claiming that MTG would act on HDI, a high-ranking staff member expressed his worry that an investigation could hurt “Kevin McCarthy” and other establishment Republicans, before breaking contact.

So close are the demonstrable ties between the Humpty Dumpty Insitute, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and its People’s Liberation Army (PLA), that HDI leadership took part in a militaristic, Maoist ritual on the Chinese mainland, video footage of which has been obtained by National File and made available below.
