A devastating report by Letitia James, the Democrat New York State attorney general who achieved office with the help of George Soros money, concludes that the Cuomo administration dramatically undercounted coronavirus-related deaths at nursing homes, doing so by as much as 50 percent.
The 76-page report surveyed nursing homes across New York States and found consistent discrepancies between deaths reported to the Attorney General’s investigators and those released by the New York State Health Department.
FINALLY: NY AG releases report showing COVID-19 nursing home deaths 'may have been undercounted by as much as 50%'
Thank God for @JaniceDean! Let's get @NYGovCuomo to answer to this report! https://t.co/cLZyu3BcBe

One facility, whose name was redacted, reported 11 confirmed and presumed deaths to the Health Department as happening at their facility through early August. But investigators executing the Attorney General’s survey determined the same facility experienced 40 deaths, including 27 at the home and 13 in hospitals.
Preliminary data gathered by the Attorney General’s office revealed that many nursing home residents died from complications related to COVID in hospitals after being transferred from their nursing homes.
This information about transferred nursing home patients was not reflected in Department of Health’s published total nursing home death data,” a summary of the report’s findings shows.
James’ office made no qualms about laying the blame for the elevated death numbers at Cuomo’s feet, citing his nursing home admission mandate as a potential cause of elevated mortality numbers.
“Government guidance requiring the admission of COVID-19 patients into nursing homes may have put residents at increased risk of harm in some facilities and may have obscured the data available to assess that risk,” the report summary read.
Approximately 70 percent of the over 35,000 COVID deaths in New York State were people aged 70 and older, according to data as of January 28, 2021.
James’ report also found complaints of patient neglect and other “concerning conduct” that put both patients and employees at risk.
We must know the truth behind @NYGovCuomo’s cover up of COVID-19 nursing home deaths – which were 50% higher in NY than his administration reported. @SteveScalise is working tirelessly to hold him accountable. https://t.co/ttTGAoD78k

The report also contends that some nursing home facilities failed to comply with health protocols put in place by the Department of Health to stop the virus’s spread.
Investigations into more than 20 nursing homes of concern are ongoing, James said in a statement.
“Now, I feel there's a door that's opening that might bring our families justice.”@JaniceDean says @TishJames report is a great first step but tells me she wants @NYGovCuomo and @HealthNYGov Commissioner subpoenaed about why March order was issued.https://t.co/bC3oQYEfMn

During the initial stages of the COVID outbreak, the mainstream media advanced the false narrative that Cuomo’s pandemic policy was a great model. They, instead, attempted to blame then-President Donald Trump for the consequences of Cuomo’s mandate.
Cuomo received an International Emmy Award for his starring role in the COVID-theater production.
