Instagram social climber and aspiring model Paula Dhier engaged in a heterosexual affair with Rep. William Timmons, who was married in a ceremony officiated by establishment Republican senator Tim Scott. This affair further casts doubt on Tim Scott’s judgment, after Tim Scott traitorously said “We need to let this play out,” with regard to the FBI’s harassment of President Donald Trump.
Timmons, the embattled South Carolina Republican congressman, coached Paula Dhier on how to weaponize the criminal judicial system against her estranged husband, Ron Rallis, multiple sources told National File. Ron Rallis has filed a lawsuit against the Greenville City Police Department.
Amidst U.S. Rep. William Timmons’ (R-SC) affair with Paula Dhier, Ron Rallis, Dhier’s estranged husband, has filed a lawsuit against the Greenville City Police Department, Police Chief J.H. Thompson, and Paula Rallis [Dhier], suing the defendants for numerous “Causes of Action” including False Imprisonment/Arrest, Civil Conspiracy, Malicious Prosecution, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress/Outrage, and Negligence, Gross Negligence & Recklessness.
The lawsuit substantiates recent claims made by Rallis that Timmons coached Dhier into filing a false police report and using his power and influence as a congressman and former prosecutor to have Rallis arrested on charges of kidnapping and domestic violence, in an effort to continue their affair.
According to court documents, on July 22, 2021, Ronald contacted Paula to check on her as she had missed a scheduled marital counseling session, and she told him over the phone that she was not doing well.
Ronald then made the decision to visit Paula at their jointly owned place of business to talk. Ronald arrived at the couple’s business and locked the door so no customers could enter while they were having a personal conversation.
While Ronald and Paula were talking, he reached out attempting to console her and reached to hug her around her waist. Paula suddenly pulled away and asked Ronald to leave.
Ronald then exited the premises and returned to give Paula a devotional and exited again without returning.
Five hours later, Paula Rallis called the Greenville Police Department, falsely reporting an alleged Domestic Violence and Kidnapping.
The alleged Domestic Violence and Kidnapping report(s) were assigned to Officer Amanda Ross with the Greenville Police Department for investigation and prosecution of the alleged crime.

Officer Ross then contacted (or met with) Paula, wherein Paula gave Officer Ross certain exaggerated and false information about the alleged Domestic Violence and Kidnapping, which included a written statement from Paula.
Surveillance video footage from the premises also recorded the entire conversation between the parties and the alleged incident.
A simple review of the surveillance video from the business by Officer Amanda Ross would have shown, that Ronald did not assault Paula, was not intending to assault Paula, showed no intention to assault Paula, or restrict her from leaving the premises in any way.
That same day, Officer Ross went before a municipal judge in Greenville City and swore under oath that Ronald committed the crime of “Domestic Violence, 2nd Degree” and “Kidnapping” at the business premises owned by Paula and Ronald.
However, Officer Ross intentionally did not show the Judge the surveillance footage, leading to a faulty warrant being issued for Ronald’s arrest.
Later that night, Greenville City Police officers and K9 units arrived at Ronald’s residence and forcefully opened his front door, shouting violently while pointing their loaded weapons at Ronald’s head and face.
Ronald then fell to his stomach on the floor and complied, as the officers violently pulled his wrists behind his back, clinching steel handcuffs on his hands, as Ronald struggled with terror.

Officer Pettit confirmed Ronald’s identity by his South Carolina Driver’s License in his wallet, then advised Ronald of his active warrants for Domestic Violence, 2nd Degree and Kidnapping.
Ronald was taken into custody at Greenville Detention Center where he was placed in a jail cell and locked away for four days until a judge finally released him under a $17,500.00 bond and required him to wear a GPS monitor.
Rallis would spend the next nine months wearing the GPS ankle monitor, while battling the charges against him. Ultimately, the surveillance footage made it into evidence and the charges were completely expunged.
Over the course of Rallis’ nine-month legal battle, his wife Paula and their young daughter were living at the home of congressman William Timmons; Timmons’ wife Sarah and Paula were best friends.
According to Rallis, William would personally pick up his daughter from their supervised visitations.
Rallis wasn’t even aware of the affair between his wife Paula and Timmons until a month ago when he was contacted by members of Timmons’ family, including his sister Brittany and wife Sarah.
Brittany, on audio, saying that both she and Sarah believe Ron should have custody of his daughter, and Sarah saying she thinks she has enough info to help Ron get custody:

Ron on Kleckley: “I have in writing from Sarah Timmons that during the 4.5 hour period between my interaction with Paula at our store and Paula calling the police, she was at William Timmons’ office.
William hooked Paula up with his former state house buddy and current lawyer Bruce Bannister.
Conveniently, Timmons did spend four years as a prosecutor in the Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office in Greenville, primarily serving victims of domestic violence and abuse.
