President Trump released another Agenda 47 video on Tuesday detailing his plans to defund the Deep State, as well as an over-bloated federal bureaucracy. Trump says his plan will reduce America’s debt without punishing American citizens. Trump will use the power of Impoundment to get these cuts done. Trump is the only candidate running for president with a plan to reduce America’s debt without directly harming America’s citizens financially.
Trump described Impoundment saying, “Very simply, this meant that if Congress provided more funding than was needed to run the government, the President could refuse to waste the extra funds, and instead return the money to the general treasury and maybe even lower your taxes, although we did give you the biggest tax reduction in history, and the biggest regulation reduction in history, two things I am very proud of.”
On day one, Trump said he would “order every federal agency to begin identifying large chunks of their budgets that can be saved through efficiencies and waste reduction using Impoundment.”
President Trump’s Impoundment Plan rewards the American taxpayer with tax cuts via Trump’s savings and waste reduction within the federal bureaucracies.

Agenda 47: President Trump ‘Will Put Unelected Bureaucrats Back in Their Place’
Trump is the only GOP candidate running for president with a plan to significantly reduce America’s debt without harming the American taxpayer. DeSantis’ plan to cut debt mirrors Paul Ryan’s. Both Democrats and Republicans have heavily criticized Ryan’s debt reduction plans for financially harming the American taxpayer.
Trump’s plan highlights, “Democratic administrations, such as those of Franklin Roosevelt, Harry Truman, John F. Kennedy, and Lyndon B. Johnson, also exercised the Impoundment Power.”
Trump believes the Supreme Court would rule in his favor if RINOS and Democrats attempt to block him from using Impoundment Power.
Joe Biden has set the precedent that administrations can issue executive orders before a Supreme Court ruling. Trump can implement his Impoundment strategy before a Court ruling, meaning Trump can make all the cuts he promised on day one.
