United States Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Jack Smith to oversee the investigation into Donald Trump’s handling of classified documents and January 6th. Wednesday night, news broke via a leak that Jack Smith was focusing his investigation into Trump’s fundraising practices during his presidency. Leaking DOJ case information to the press is a fireable offense and illegal.
Trump wrote on TruthSocial Wednesday night, “Special “Prosecutor“ Jack Smith is illegally leaking massive amounts of confidential information to the Fake News Media. He and his entire family are known Trump Haters. He should be removed by the corrupt DOJ, at once!”
Wednesday night Trump also accused Biden of using his DOJ to interfere in the upcoming 2024 presidential election writing, “Joe Biden and the Biden White House knew everything about the Unconstitutional Raid, by the FBI & DOJ, on Mar-a-Lago, despite their unequivocal denial. THEY LIED! How horrible and sick? This is all about Election Interference. Stop the Radical Left, or our Country is DEAD!!!”

“The Biden Department of Injustice, together with all of the corrupt, TRUMP HATING, puppeteers that surround Joe Biden, and are destroying our Country, are going all out with ELECTION INTERFERENCE through the use of Fake, Partisan, and Corrupt Prosecutors. Members of Congress are questioning if Jack Smith has a conflict of interest. Following Smith’s appointment by Garland, Congressman Andrew Clyde (R-GA) wrote, “You just can’t make this stuff up. Katy Chevigny, wife of Jack Smith—the special counsel appointed by DOJ to go after President Trump, donated to Joe Biden’s campaign and produced Michelle Obama’s documentary. America cannot stand with a corrupt, two-tiered justice system.”

Photos of Jack Smith combined with the fact that Mr. Smith has a general name leads many to question whether Jack Smith is this individual’s real name. Donald Trump recently wrote on TruthSocial, “Speaking of LEAKS, Special “Prosecutor” Jack Smith (What did his name used to be?) leaked massive amounts of information to The Washington ComPost.This is illegal, and I assume this Radical Left Lunatic, much to the chagrin of his Trump Hating wife and family, will be PROSECUTED? He is a totally biased Thug who should be let loose on the Biden Documents hidden in Chinatown, and the 1,850 BOXES secretly stored in Delaware, which Biden REFUSES to give up. Biden is guilty of Obstruction, I am not!”
