The Democrat Senate Majority PAC, which is bankrolled by George Soros, has been found liable for defamation against Alabama GOP candidate Roy Moore related to ads it ran against his 2017 campaign for US Senate and was ordered by a federal jury to pay $8.2 million in damages.
The victory over the Soros-funded Senate Majority PAC, which exclusively bankrolls the campaigns of Democrat candidates, comes after the PAC meddled in Alabama’s 2017 special US Senate race between Republican candidate Roy Moore and Democrat Doug Jones. In that race, Democrats and left-wing activists from around the country descended on Alabama in an effort to capture the deep red state’s open US Senate seat, using bottom-of-the-barrel dirty politics and outright lies in the process.
Together with corporate media and the GOP establishment, who crossed over to support Democrat Doug Jones en masse to avoid electing an America First candidate like Roy Moore, the Senate Majority PAC promoted unfounded claims that Moore had been a sexual predator a number of decades prior. The allegations, which were monetized by far-left feminist attorney Gloria Allred, notably never surfaced until Roy Moore sought a US Senate seat that Democrats desperately wanted to control, despite his lifetime of service in the public eye, including as a judge.
The fake news story broke by way of an Alabama gossip blog, and corporate media outlets like The Washington Post ran with it, adding more phenomenal fake details the whole time.
As the 2017 Alabama Senate campaign unfolded, the Soros-funded Senate Majority PAC funneled a whopping $4 million to a shell group called Highway 31 to run anti-Moore attack ads based on the phony story throughout Alabama. In the ads, Democrats falsely accused Moore of preying on young girls at a local mall, stringing statements from multiple parties together to paint an image they wanted to paint in order to swing the Senate race to the left.
“In their ad, they strung quotes together to make a single statement,” Moore’s lawyers said of the Soros-funded PAC and their advertisements. “That’s what the jury found offensive. They got up and lied and said they didn’t intend that.”
Speaking with National File following his landmark court victory, Judge Moore gave thanks to God and said that truth had prevailed over “powerful forces” in Washington, seeking to meddle in the politics of various states.
“We’re very happy with the verdict and give thanks to almighty God for allowing us to prove the truth in court,” Judge Moore told National File.
“Powerful forces in Washington DC have no right to interfere with elections for the United States Senate in the State of Alabama or in any other state. These actions have been going on for quite some time and no one has taken a stand against them, but we did,” Judge Moore went on, noting that uni-party enforcers “wanted to ensure that someone like Roy Moore didn’t get elected to the US Senate.”
“They used false and malicious advertising and spent millions of dollars to win an election and to interfere with the people of Alabama’s right to elect their United States Senator.”
“They’re reeling in Washington,” over the verdict said Judge Moore, adding that if the case is appealed, he will fight it all the way to the Supreme Court.
Doug Jones, the left-wing Democrat who masqueraded as a moderate and was championed by the uni-party establishment in their campaign against Moore, has already been bounced from office. Jones served only half a term after “winning” the special election, losing out to current GOP incumbent Tommy Tuberville by a massive margin of over 20 points in 2020.
Far beyond vindicating Judge Moore and exposing corporate media and the uni-party establishment for their dirty tricks and rampant illegality, the defamation case victory will have major implications on the misleading and outright fraudulent ads run by so many big-money Super PACs, like the Democrats’ Soros-funded Senate Majority PAC.
“This case will have immediate implications on advertisements by mega Super PACs,” Judge Moore’s son, Caleb Moore, told National File.
“It was all a hoax, a way to dupe the people of Alabama into electing a far-left liberal Democrat just one year after Trump was elected President in 2016. They knew they were losing and pulled a play from ‘the new Democrat platform’ which is to smear, lie, and juxtapose statements together to create a false narrative. It’s wrong, and it’s illegal. The jury found it so torturous that they awarded my father $8.2 million.”
“Isaiah 59:19 says when the enemy comes in like a flood, the spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him,” Caleb Moore said. “Today that standard has been set and will have a lasting impact on future elections to come.”
