A vehicle attempted to drive through Black Lives Matter protest blocking the street on Monday in Provo, Utah and was shot at as they slowly moved through the crowd.
Video uploaded to Twitter shows a vehicle be quickly surrounded by rioters as the driver attempts to make their way through a Black Lives Matter protest. As the vehicle slows down to make its way through the mob of people, gunshots are heard as the mob continues attempting to stop the progress of the vehicle.
Immediately after the shots are fired, the vehicle quickly begins speeding through the crowd, even as more members of the mob attempt to throw themselves in front of the vehicle.

Another clip shows the same scene at a slower speed and zoomed in, showing a man clearly draw a pistol and begin firing into the vehicle at point blank range before the vehicle quickly speeds through the crowd.
“Zoomed in and slowed down video clearly shows the rioters pull a gun and shoot into the truck,” the local journalist who uploaded the video added.

Media later reported that the shooting left the driver injured, and he was treated at a local hospital after fleeing the scene.
The Black Lives Matter movement continues to enjoy popular support, even as violent protest scenes are captured and racist remarks from the group’s leadership reemerge.
One of the movement’s co-founders is a self-described trained Marxist operative, who is now demanding President Trump resign immediately.
The co-founder of the Toronto Black Lives Matter chapter once called whites “recessive genetic defects” and wrote “Allah give me the strength to not cuss/kill these men and white folks out here today.”
Another chapter co-founder in Kentucky is currently demanding white people surrender their homes to atone for racism.
