Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden, who is 77-years-old, appeared to have difficulty speaking throughout his latest speech in Michigan on Wednesday, with the septuagenarian especially struggling to pronounce the words “deficit,” “industry,” and “drugs.”
In video posted by Breitbart News to Twitter, Biden is seen repeatedly struggling to follow the pronunciation of words on his teleprompter speech while attempting to denounce President Donald Trump’s performance as president.
“Under President Trump’s US trade deficit has grown, it’s at an all-time high. Let me say that again, the US trade diffi-deficit is at an all time high,” said Biden, before accusing President Trump of causing this outcome by lowering taxes.
Biden continued, “President Trump’s answer to all this is the same as his answer to everything: corporate tax giveaways that actually ward off shoring,” appearing to flub again. “You heard me right, they actually reward offshoring.”

“No industry has taken a great advantage of Trump offshoring tax loopholes than the pharmaceutical indusse,” Biden went on, accusing the president of giving preferential treatment to pharmaceutical companies. “All while raising their prices on prescription jugs that union families and working families have to rely on.”
“In the process, by the way, he’s trying to do away with all healthcare in America,” Biden continued.
In reality, President Trump has taken several steps to lower the prices of prescription drugs, including a recent executive order that cuts through shadowy regulatory and bureaucratic tape and forces drug manufacturers to lower their prices when selling to American consumers.
Biden was recently mocked when at another recent speech, he told cameras “Stop your boast about never being seemed at what you, you can do anything,” a sentence that seems to be complete gibberish.

Speaking from Wilmington, Delaware, former Vice President Biden attempted to lecture President Trump about his handling of the coronavirus, but failed miserably. Biden, who has had his mental abilities seriously questioned during his presidential run, once again completely messed up his words live on air.
“Stop your boast about never being seemed at what you… you can do anything,” Biden exclaimed. “You always talk about your ability to negotiate. Negotiate a deal for somebody other than yourself,” he continued, attacking President Trump.
Biden then noted that it would be his “staff” who would call on reporters to take questions, rather than him; suggesting that either he doesn’t have the ability to find somebody in the audience to pick out, or that perhaps there is a list of pre-approved reporters and questions for him.
Biden then agreed to take a number of questions that had been pre-screened, scripted and approved by his staff.
