After months of speculation about whether his physical and mental fitness are up to the rigorous demands of the office of the presidency, Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden jogged part of the way to his podium in an apparent display of vitality, before appearing to use up his energy at roughly the halfway point and walking the rest of the way.
In video captured by Breitbart News, Biden is seen jogging part way to his podium while wearing his characteristic black mask. Biden jogged approximately 13 steps, before walking another roughly 10 steps to the podium.

The speech itself appeared to show Biden continue to have difficulties organizing his thoughts and pronouncing key words. At one point, Biden again slurred his speech, telling the camera that “Jill and I continue tooasl suspect all of you do is pray for everyone in California, Oregon, and Washington.”
As noted by Breitbart, Biden repeatedly had no problem saying the word “hurricanes” but struggled with the name “Hurricane Sally.”

Last week, Biden slurred his way through another speech, making several nonsensical statements and promising to fight to lower the cost of “prescription jugs,” a fight he says President Donald Trump has neglected, if elected president in November.
“Under President Trump’s US trade deficit has grown, it’s at an all-time high. Let me say that again, the US trade diffi-deficit is at an all time high,” said Biden, before accusing President Trump of causing this outcome by lowering taxes.
Biden continued, “President Trump’s answer to all this is the same as his answer to everything: corporate tax giveaways that actually ward off shoring,” appearing to flub again. “You heard me right, they actually reward offshoring.”
“No industry has taken a great advantage of Trump offshoring tax loopholes than the pharmaceutical indusse,” Biden went on, accusing the president of giving preferential treatment to pharmaceutical companies. “All while raising their prices on prescription jugs that union families and working families have to rely on.”
“In the process, by the way, he’s trying to do away with all healthcare in America,” Biden continued.
