44th President Barack Hussein Obama wrote a love letter to his former girlfriend about his “fantasies of having sex with men”, his biographer has revealed.
Obama biographer David Garrow, who wrote the 2017 book Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama, described Obama’s writings about his own gay sex fantasies during an interview with Tablet Magazine.
According to Garrow, Obama described his homosexual fantasies in letters that he wrote to his college girlfriend – letters that later made their way to the Emory University archives and biographer David Garrow himself, thanks to the woman’s financial desperation and apparent desire to be publicly known.
Garrow wrote about the letters in his book but complained to his interviewer that Rising Star had been “mostly ignored” and that as a result, Barack Obama’s “fantasies of having sex with men” had been ignored as well.
According to Garrow, he obtained personal “love letters” from multiple Obama girlfriends.
Obama’s homosexual fantasy letter, however, was given to Garrow, alongside numerous other letters, by the former President’s Occidental College girlfriend, Alex McNear, who Garrow says wanted to “have her role [in Obama’s life] known.”
When she gave him the letters, however, a paragraph was redacted, and Garrow recounts that McNear told him that this was because the paragraph was about “homosexuality.”
When searching for more information on the topic, Garrow says that McNair revealed to him that she’d actually sold copies of the same letters from Barack Obama to Emory University, where they were being kept in the school’s archives.
When Garrow sent an associate to the Emory archives, the school prevented him from taking photographs of the letters so, instead, he used “a pencil [to] copy out the graph where Barack writes to Alex about how he repeatedly fantasizes about making love to men.”
The interview with David Garrow in Tablet Magazine comes on the heels of news that the 44th President’s personal male chef died in a “paddleboarding accident” on Obama’s property at Martha’s Vineyard. That tragedy has caused a swirl of speculation online, as local police keep tight-lipped about the circumstances that led to his death and Barack Obama’s role in the day’s events.
The tragedy has also caused a large amount of renewed interest in Barack Obama’s sexual preferences, as rumors have long persisted, dating back to his time in Chicago and before, that the former president has carried on sexual relationships with men.
In 2012, Newsweek magazine dubbed Obama “The First Gay President” thanks to his staunch support for the LGBT movement.
