The media is still not reporting the identity of the Berkeley shooter, many hours after the shooting happened. But a raw video of the incident shows a black man getting handcuffed and professing his innocence, while an onlooker said that the black man was “shooting bullets.”
Evidently no one was hurt in the shooting, but it caused a panic situation on the campus of the University of California at Berkeley, and tensions are still high.
In a Reddit video purporting to show the incident, a black man fires multiple shots into the air. Reportedly, he was firing the shots on the University of California at Berkeley campus.
A video shared by RawsAlerts shows a black man getting handcuffed and claiming that he didn’t do it, but an onlooker identified him as someone who was opening fire.
The Fox affiliate in San Francisco ran a segment in which the suspect was not identified.
