Trump-adjacent lawyer Sidney Powell filed lawsuits in Georgia and Michigan on Wednesday night, with many on Twitter saying she has released the Kraken she promised immediately after the election, especially in the Georgia lawsuit.
In the lawsuit, Powell makes claims similar to those the Trump campaign made today in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania: Votes were mishandled, election observers were kept from watching mail-in votes being counted, and fake ballots were potentially used to push Joe Biden over the edge of victory.
The lawsuit also notes, as National File reporter Jack Hadfield noted, that previous Georgia lawsuits have established that “The Georgia Supreme Court has made clear that Plaintiffs need not show how the voters would have voted if their ballots had been regular… [only] that were were enough irregular ballots to place in doubt the result,” which would mean only 12,000 votes in the Georgia presidential race.

The lawsuit also contains several sworn affidavits from witnesses willing to testify, including one observer who wrote, “I observed that the precinct had twelve (12) counting tables, but only one (1) monitor from the Republican Party.”
Another swore under oath:
I witnessed two poll workers placing already separated paper machine receipt ballots with barcodes in the Trump tray, placing them in to the Biden tray. I also witnessed the same two poll workers putting the already separated paper receipt ballots in the “No Vote” and “Jorgensen” tray, and removing them and putting them inside the Biden tray, They then took out all of the ballots out of the Biden tray and stacked them on the table, writing on the count ballot sheet.
Yet another person swore that “not once did anyone verify these ballots,” and “there was no authentication process in place and no envelopes were observed or allowed to be observed.” This person added, “I saw hostility towards Republican observers but never towards Democrat observers. Both were identified by badges.”
Another bombshell affidavit read:
I noticed that almost all of the ballots I reviewed were for Biden. Many batches went 100% for Biden. I also observed that the watermark on at least 3 ballots were solid gray instead of transparent, leading me to believe the ballot was counterfeit. I challenged this and the Elections Director said it was a legitimate ballot and was due to the use of different printers. Many ballots had markings for Biden only, and no markings on the rest of the ballot.
Powell also claims that, as National File reported, Venezuelans and Serbians were used to create and program the Dominion Voting Systems product used in over 20 American states during the November 3 election. She says the Dominion software was purposely left open to hacking and manipulation.
Immediately after the Trump campaign legal team declared that Powell was not a member of the their team, Powell pledged to launch independent lawsuits to expose widespread fraud that will overturn the results in critical battleground states.
Trump campaign senior legal advisor Jenna Ellis confirmed that both Powell’s legal strategy and the campaign’s will ultimately reveal massive voter fraud.
Georgia is currently undergoing a second recount as Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has, albeit slowly and quietly, joined the campaign’s call for signature verification. Thus far, Georgia Secretary of State Brian Raffensperger has refused to comply. Both Kemp and Raffensperger are Republicans.
