Judgement day is coming for Dominion Voting Systems, warns former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne as he faces off in federal court with the company that provides voting machines and election management software across the United States.
The showdown between the group known for allegedly manipulating elections in favor of Democrats, Joe Biden and anti-American globalists, will be in a whole new ballpark with President Donald Trump at the helm of the executive branch, the billionaire philanthropist promised in an exclusive interview with National File.
“All I’ve got to say is, they’re all going to end up in prison,” Byrne said of the plaintiffs waging a $1.7 billion defamation lawsuit against him for exposing how they install presidents. “This is a frivolous lawsuit. They know they’re lying. They’re committing a fraud on the court and they’re all going to end up in prison.”
“It’s gonna be completely different than the first Trump term. [Trump] is not going to put up with that stuff this time, nor should he. He shouldn’t put up with it the first time,” he continued. “This was an insurrection against the United States.”
Perhaps more than any other public figure in the country, Byrne, the former Overstock CEO once hailed as the “Messiah of Bitcoin,” has the most prolific understanding of how election systems operate. He has been relentless – risking his life to expose the “shadow government’s” ongoing “soft coup” against America and the Deep State’s elaborate and ongoing scheme to frame, incarcerate and eliminate Trump.
In his explosive memoir, titled “Danger Close: Domestic Extremist #1 Comes Clean,” Byrne, the son of former GEICO chairman John J. Byrne, reveals the integral role he played in working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a “designated expert” in the bureau’s demise of the “Russian Collusion Delusion” and the Clinton Investigation. His story also reminiscent of a James Bond-esque narrative, is also featured in the docuseries “The Enemy Within.”
After blowing the whistle on Clinton, Byrne went from being one of the wealthiest men on the planet to being deemed by the Department of Homeland Security to be “Domestic Extremist #1.”
Byrne’s forensic investigation into Dominion Voting Systems kicked off in March 2021 after he received a call from former national security advisor Gen. Michael Flynn asking him to establish a grassroots effort to “unite the tribes like Lawrence of Arabia” and “build a movement” to save America. They established the America Project.
Months later, in August 2021, Dominion Voting Systems sued Byrne for defamation, seeking more than $1.7 billion in damages over his claims that the voting machines were manipulated to tip the 2020 election in favor of Joe Biden.
After years on the trail with an investment of over $200 million of his fortune, Byrne says he’s compiled “100 percent” of the evidence showcasing exactly how Dominion and Smartmatic operate to manipulate elections.
While on the frontline in the battle against the cyberwar on US elections, Byrne also donated hundreds of thousands to now-released January 6 prisoners that Trump pardoned hours after he took office.
Despite the risks to his life and the financial liability, he is not shutting up or folding to the criminal enterprise that he warns imminently threatens American sovereignty.
Byrne explained that there are over a dozen ways elections are rigged on the ground, and that “election management systems” created by the Chinese and Serbian military electronically secure the theft.
“If they want this guy to beat this guy, they cheat the 14 on the ground ways that we know about,” he said. “Then at the end of the day, at 7:01 pm, when the polls close, they come online from Serbia. There’s an office in Serbia staffed by Chinese military and Serbian military intelligence, and they come on and they just jam, whatever’s left to cheat, they just jam in from Serbia.”
“And that’s where they create election management systems,” he said. “They create a virtual machine in the RAM, they come in, they change the results as they want, and then, poof – the Virtual Machine disappears. There’s almost no trace of anything unless you really do forensics.”
As the Biden administration took the reigns, weaponizing the Justice Department against its political opposition, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson issued orders facilitating the coverup in her state and Dominion sued its critics into silence.
“The Michigan, Soros-installed secretary of state sent out orders to everybody to erase all their hard drives and thumb drives associated with the election,” Byrne explained. “That was an unlawful order. Several local sheriffs and state town clerks decided this wasn’t right – that they had been given orders to erase everything. Out of the thousand involved in the election in 2020, there were probably about 60 who did not follow orders to destroy everything.”
“Under Michigan law, the town clerks and the sheriffs have the authority to conduct their own investigations, and they can use state resources to engage a local lawyer,” said Byrne.”
The sheriffs deployed longtime criminal prosecutor Stefanie Lambert, representing Byrne in the case against Dominion, to investigate voting machine tampering. Despite Benson’s orders to bury the evidence to facilitate the coverup in her state, Lambert continued the probe into the suspected false election scheme.
“They hired Stephanie Lambert to conduct the investigation. Lambert then hired computer assets to gather forensic evidence, identify, and correct any irregularities in the election process and show statistical patterns that are unexplainable except by fraud,” Byrne continued. “They found the remnants of an enormous hack. It was absolutely stolen. I can even tell you we now know exactly how it’s done. People came from Serbia. They create within the county election boxes a virtual machine within the ram; they alter the results as they want and they, poof, disappear the virtual machine and there is almost no record. That’s why the Soro-secretary of state wanted everything destroyed.”
Lambert is facing four felony charges for her alleged unauthorized access to voting machines, including undue possession of a Voting Machine; conspiracy to Commit Unauthorized Access to a Computer System; Conspiracy to Commit Undue Possession of a Voting Machine’ and Willfully Damaging a Voting Machine.
Bryne maintains that the prosecution against Lambert is illegal and unconstitutional.
“The Soros-installed attorney general brought charges against Stephanie, some town clerks, and they tried to against the sheriffs. It’s the way with lawfare,” he said. “Lawfare distorts the law because the process is the punishment – that’s what it counts on. It counted that Stephanie would fold. We did not fold. Stephanie is as tough as they come.”
“In emails turned over from within the state attorney general and the electorate division, they acknowledge that all those town clerks were right: they had the discretion to start their own private investigations and hire a private investigator,” according to Byrne. “They even knew, [according to] their own emails, there was nothing illegal about what she did.”
On March 18, 2024, while defending Byrne in the Dominion case, prosecutors representing Dominion held a hearing over possible sanctions against Lambert for disseminating confidential emails from Dominion.
Immediately after the hearing before presiding Judge Carl J. Nichols, one of the U.S. district judges who handed over 1000 years of prison time to now-pardoned J6 defendants for trespassing in the U.S Capitol building at the 2021 Save America rally, Lambert was arrested, taken into custody by U.S. Marshals.
“[Dominion] only turned those emails over the night before the trial started. She went to trial, they were about to seat the jury, and she turned these over to the judge. The judge went back and read them. He came out, delayed the trial for several months and we think it’s all just going to get kicked because these charges are frivolous.”
After her arrest in D.C., Lambert turned herself in to Michigan authorities on March 21, 2024, and was released from jail after posting a $10,000 bond.
Judge Nichols has yet to schedule the next court hearing in Byrne’s, but it’s a fight Byrne is looking forward to.
“I can’t wait to meet Dominion in court. I’ll defend myself,” he said. “They’re trying to keep Stephanie out of it. I’ll tell you now, we’re appealing and saying we want Stephanie to be my lawyer, if Stephanie’s not my lawyer, I’m going to defend myself. It’s going to be the greatest circus in history because we have it all. We have everything. We know exactly how they do this — I won’t say anything anymore here, but we have it all.
“It’s going to be the greatest legal circus in history. If they don’t let Stephanie in, because I’m going to defend myself, and it’s going to be a lot of fun. And…they’re all going to prison, Dominions will go into prison, I can promise you.”
Harris and her “transition team of Obama-ites” were certain Dominion would be able to tip the election in their favor in 2024, with the same system operating from 2020.
She was “smirking and saying, ‘Don’t believe the polls…this election is 100 percent in the bag,” Byrne said. “It’s because they thought they had it rigged again. They did not expect to lose the election. Something happened to that Serbian office on the day of the election…that rig was neutralized. They did not plan for this. They thought that they had the next term sewed up.”
Now that Trump is in office, “they’re frightened to death,” he continued, “upping the game with these UFOs, with fires and this kind of stuff.”
Byrne’s probe into how Smartmatic, another multinational company that specializes in providing election technology, manipulated the 2024 Venezuelan presidential election led to the Venezuelan government issuing a $25 million bounty on his head.
After learning about the bounty from a DEA agent, he fled the U.S. to Dubai, according to court documents.
The Venezuelan government deployed young engineers to Florida to create Smartmatic, which is being used to “bend” elections in 72 nations including Venezuelan and the U.S., the renegade former operative for the FBI explained.
“Seventy-two nations have had their elections affected over the last 20 years over this system. It’s China behind it all. According to the Art of War, the greatest victory is to win without firing a bullet.”
The DNA between Dominion and Smartmatic, which has sub-contracted manufacturing facilities in China and Taiwan to assemble parts for voting machines, “is all the same,” he continued. “They created a software system that could run elections but could actually be hacked and could spit out any answer they wanted. Just like when you buy a computer, whether you buy Lenovo or HP or Dell, inside they are using the Windows operating system from Microsoft.”
“Similarly, with any of the main electronic election systems that you buy…the operating system inside is some version of Smartmatic, which is a front for the Venezuelan mafia,” he said. “That’s what you’re voting on.”
To date, Dominion has managed to shut down media coverage of its allegedly illegal operations by suing any outlet that covers the story. These lawsuits have resulted in settlements, like the one with Fox News for $787.5 million, one of the largest defamation settlements in U.S. history, right before the trial was set to begin.
Yet, Byrne warns the owners of Fox, the highest-rated cable network in all of television, are entirely aware that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump because he “personally” handed the network’s executives all the evidence.
He says his team of experts met with former House Speaker Paul Ryan, who now sits on Fox Corporation’s Board of Directors, and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and provided them with all the documentation showcasing Dominion’s role in showcasing the 2020 race.
Instead of going to trial with the proof, the outlet favored by conservative voters purportedly cut a deal with communist China to pay off Dominion.
“Mike Pompeo is a rat,” Byrne lamented. “Pompeo was shown all the evidence three or four months before. Back then, just before Fox signed that deal, we had 80 percent of the facts. A couple of colleagues of mine briefed Pompeo on everything.”
“Fox accepted a billion dollars from China to pay off Dominion. A couple of weeks before they made that deal, they actually accepted a billion-dollar sweet loan from China,” he said. “So, China loaned them a billion dollars that they could turn around and pay off the $800 million settlement with Dominion.”
To spite Trump, Pompeo and Ryan evidently, deliberately buried the evidence.
“If Pompeo, Paul Ryan along with Rupert Murdoch’s two sons, had gone into court with the evidence we had, it would have exposed that Trump was correct,” Byrne said. “They did not want to do anything to help Trump. Instead, they took this other deal where China paid them $800 million – but it was really, they borrowed a billion and then paid $800 million,” Byrne said. “Pompeo and Ryan had all the information beforehand… easy enough that they could have defeated Dominion in court and they decided to take a dive – that’s how much they hate Trump.”
In 2005, Byrne began his first encounter with the FBI when he blew the whistle on Wall Street and the “mass crack in the financial system.” After his highly effective exposure of fraud on Wall Street, which had led to the 2008 banking crisis, the feds pursued Byrne to undertake another mission, and then another.
Willing to serve, the next assignment federal agents presented was risky, but a relatively simple task that would turn his life upside down and, ironically, incite the Department of Homeland Security to designate him “domestic extremist #1.”
In December 2015, Byrne was assigned by FBI agents in New York to initiate “Operation Snow Globe.” The mission consisted of facilitating a sting of former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton by entrapping her in bribes.
Byrne was told he was to bribe Clinton with millions of dollars to keep the scandal-plagued former secretary of state on a “Bunsen burner.”

“Knock on wood,” he said, noting that he is grateful to be alive after dropping bombshells on the FBI and the Clinton Crime Family while facing off with Dominion Voting Systems. “This has been World War Three. Once everything’s revealed, people are going to understand this was World War Three.
“But I don’t think World War World War Three is over yet,” the embattled philanthropist concluded. “It’s going to take years for the smoke to clear and historians to really be able to look at where America was in 2020 and 2021. We were undergoing a color revolution that was overthrowing the republic. Covid, and Antifa – that was all just elements of the Color Revolution. That was the end of the American republic. We were having censorship; we were having mandated ‘vaccines.’ Over half of Democrats were in favor of rounding up people who provided ‘misinformation’ — that’s like Soviet-era thinking.”
