Black podcast host Jessica Beauvais, 32, proclaimed “F**k the police” on a Facebook livestream “podcast” just a few hours before police say she struck and killed a police officer with her vehicle, attempted to flee the scene, and rammed into a police car before being apprehended.
While repeatedly consuming alcohol from a red plastic cup, Beauvais hosted her “podcast” on Facebook Live last Tuesday before uttering her profane condemnation of the police.
Hours later, 14-year NYPD veteran and married father-of-two Anastasios Tsakos was investigating the scene of a previous accident when he was allegedly struck head-on by a Volkswagen operated by Beauvais, who was driving under the influence of alcohol with a suspended driver’s license.
Beauvais was apprehended after fleeing from officers and admitted to consuming marijuana and alcohol before the drive. According to the New York Post, she was charged with two counts of vehicular manslaughter, reckless endangerment, fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, leaving an accident resulting in death, aggravated unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operator involving alcohol, driving while intoxicated, and reckless driving.
Video footage shows a weepy, teary-eyed Beauvais being escorted by police out of the 107th Precinct stationhouse in Queens, New York following her arraignment.

“I’m sorry,” Beauvais cries, far removed from her arrogant “F**k the police” podcast demeanor. “I’m sorry that I hit him and now he’s dead.”
“I was coming from the studio, I did a podcast,” Beauvais says.
Black Lives Matter activists on Twitter lauded Beauvais, and praised her for killing Tsakos with her vehicle.
