The MAGA movement is applying pressure on Attorney General Pam Bondi to release the government files on the JFK assassination and the Jeffrey Epstein pedophile blackmail ring. Bondi, who got the attorney general gig after Trump’s initial nominee Matt Gaetz got railroaded, is stalling on releasing the documents that she claims to have in her possession.
Anna Paulina Luna, who is running the House effort to try to get government secrets out to the public, came under harsh scrutiny for seemingly slow-walking her own role in disseminating documents. But Luna says that she does not currently have the power to declassify and release documents, and that she is relying on others including Bondi. Luna shifted the scrutiny to Bondi, marking a major point of friction between the two.
“On Feb 11 & Feb 19, @GOPoversight sent a letter to the @TheJusticeDept asking for status on releasing the Epstein files as well as JFK etc. The DOJ has not responded. Reaching out on X because we can’t seem to get a response from @AGPamBondi. @PamBondi, what is the status of the documents? Many of these documents were ordered to be declassified by @POTUS,” Anna Paulina Luna tweeted.
According to the House Oversight Committee:
On February 11, House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and Rep. Luna sent 11 letters to several agencies requesting briefings by February 18 on documents in their possession pertaining to the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr; COVID-19 origins; unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) and unidentified submerged objects (USOs); 9/11; and the Epstein client list. The Task Force’s first hearing, scheduled for March 26, will be open to the public and the media. Further details will be announced soon.
Bondi claims to have important documents in her office, but it’s unclear why she is not releasing them. With Luna pointing blame at Bondi, it looks like Bondi is going to have to face her first major test as a Trump administration official. The MAGA base always holds Cabinet members accountable on social media.
Bondi’s presence in the Attorney General job is a concerning fact of life for many MAGA supporters, considering Bondi’s past stated support for gun control.
In 2016, Pam Bondi slammed President Donald Trump for supposedly making “disgusting” comments.
Some have speculated that Bondi’s relationship with the nation-state of Israel might be driving her hesitancy to release Epstein and Kennedy documents.
