New York Attorney General Letitia James forced Donald Trump to travel back to New York City on Wednesday for a deposition on Thursday morning. Trump took to TruthSocial before his deposition to defend his company from James’ attacks and to accuse Democrats of creating another witch hunt to interfere in the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
Trump wrote on TruthSocial after arriving in New York on Wednesday, “Just arrived in Manhattan for a deposition in front of New York State’s RACIST, TRUMP HATING Attorney General, Letitia “Peekaboo” James, in another unjust & ridiculous persecution of The 45th President of the United States. I built a GREAT & prosperous company, employed thousands of people, built magnificent structures all over the World, but particularly in New York, & now have to prove it to this LOWLIFE who campaigned on a “I will get Trump” platform, even before knowing anything about me!”
Security concerns arose after Trump’s deposition meeting time was leaked to the media. Trump addressed these security concerns writing, “I will be heading downtown to meet with a Racist who leaked that I would be there at 9:30 A.M. The leak makes it much more difficult for the Police and Secret Service to do their job. This civil case is ridiculous, just like all of the other Election Interference cases being brought against me. If I had a fair judge, this case would have never happened. MAGA!”
Trump was pictured putting his fist up in the air before his deposition on Thursday. Prior to being arrested, Trump made a similar hand motion to the media.

Like his criminal case, Trump raised concerns about the judge in AG’s James’ lawsuit against him. Trump described the judge presiding over his case as a “Trump Hating Judge who was sought out, or “shopped,” by Peekaboo James. VERY UNFAIR. NEW YORK STATE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS INJUSTICE!”
New York Attorney General Letitia James is suing the Trump Organization for fraud. Trump pushed back on James’ attacks on his families company, writing, “The good thing about the A.G. Peekaboo James “persecution” is that I will finally be able to show what a great, profitable, and valuable company I built, actually, some of the greatest real estate assets anywhere in the world. Her effort, in strict coordination and association with the lying, Country killing scum “working” in the White House, and now discredited District Attorney Alvin Bragg, will prove to be FAKE, and even fraudulent. Her only hope is that she “shopped” a judge as bad as her!”
As the election draws closer, Democrats are expected to continue persecuting Trump on multiple fronts over the coming months.
