The globalist disaster known as Georgia Governor Brian Kemp announced Thursday that he will reject the Georiga legislator’s efforts to fire DA Fani Willis. This is despite the Georiga law that allows prosecutors to be fired by the Governor or legislators. DA Willis has allowed crime to skyrocket in Atlanta. This gives cause for her to be removed.
Kemp told the media on Thursday, “Up to this point, I have not seen any evidence that DA Willis’s actions or lack thereof warrant action by the prosecuting attorney oversight commission. As long as I’m Governor, we are going to follow the law and the Constitution — regardless of who it helps politically.”

Senate Bill 92 gives Kemp the power to refer a prosecutor for removal for willful misconduct in office, willful and persistent failure to carry out statutory duties and conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice which brings the office into disrepute. The Georgia legislator to remove a DA on similar standards.

The murder rate in the city of Atlanta has increased every year since Willis became DA. Also, Willis allowed Antifa to live in the Atlanta woods and riot multiple times across the city. How are these failures not considered willful misconduct in office and persistent failure to carry out statutory duties?
Willis also failed to carry out statutory duties in the Trump case. Trump’s charges were leaked from Willis’s office before the grand jury even voted. Trump’s charges are lawless jokes.
Trump’s False Statements and Writings charges he is facing come from Trump supposedly “lying” to Brad Raffensperger on their phone call. All Trump did on the call was question mail-in votes. Trump had every right to question mail-in votes, Georigia’s 2020 election was so lawless that new election laws had to be passed in 2021 that specified who can and can’t participate in mail-in voting.
Another charge Trump is facing, The Conspiracy to Commit Impersonating a Public Officer, is due to the fact an alternative slate of electors was sent to Congress. This charge is insane because in 2016, Hillary Clinton had alternative electors. A Politico article even states that Hillary and high-ranking DNC officials met with the alternative electors before January 6th, 2016.
