Former New York City chief medical examiner Dr. Michael Baden explained his theory that convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was strangled and did not actually kill himself during Baden’s Thursday appearance on the “Dr. Oz” television program.
Baden cited autopsy evidence to contradict the official law enforcement narrative that Epstein committed suicide in his prison cell in Manhattan following his recent incarceration for alleged child trafficking. Epstein’s victims continue to pursue justice against the late billionaire as Epstein’s companion and accused human smuggling partner Ghislaine Maxwell is the subject of an FBI investigation. “In a hanging, the arteries and the blood vessels — the veins — are both clogged off and the person is pale. The face is pale,” Baden stated on the program. “With a manual strangulation, there’s a backup of a pressure, and the little capillaries can rupture and they’re best seen in the eye.”
Thus, Epstein’s autopsy is consistent with strangulation, not hanging, Baden concluded.
“The blood settles after we die — the so-called lividity. If you’re hanging, the lividity is on the lower part on the legs. These would be like maroon (or) purple, front and back, and they aren’t,” Baden added.

The slogan “Epstein Didn’t Kill Himself” has become a widespread meme since Epstein’s alleged suicide, with many observers theorizing that Epstein may have been offed due to his connections to high-profile political figures, celebrities, and world leaders. Epstein’s association with former Democrat president Bill Clinton, who flew on Epstein’s “Lolita Express” private plane numerous times, is one of Epstein’s many famous surviving friends. Epstein owned an island, Little Saint James Island, which housed what appears to be an occult temple. The FBI only searched the island after Epstein’s official death.
U.S. Virgin Islands prosecutors claim that Epstein was trafficking underage girls to his island as recently as 2018, according to a newly publicized lawsuit.
Journalist Patrick Howley delved into the Epstein case and other high-profile politically-connected human trafficking cases in an Infowars appearance with National File editor-in-chief Tom Pappert.
