The Biden regime has officially announced that they will be using the powers of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Justice Department (DOJ) to criminally investigate concerned parents who attend school board meetings to protest anti-white Critical Race Theory and other controversial educational materials and lessons in public schools.
The Biden regime has officially announced that it will be weaponizing the powers of the federal government to criminally investigate and prosecute upset parents who attend public school board meetings to protest anti-white Critical Race Theory, revealed though a stunning letter issued by Attorney General Merrick Garland on Monday.
This comes just days after the National School Board Association sent a letter to the Biden White House imploring the president to take action against large numbers of parents across the country. On October 2 National File reported:
Noting that local law enforcement is “working with public school officials in several communities,” the the association “respectfully asks” for a “joint collaboration among federal law enforcement agencies” to address “these threats.” Specifically, the NSBA names the FBI, DHS, Secret Service, and National Threat Assessment Center to begin investigating the people who show up at school board meetings.
The association suggests those involved “could be” guilty of “domestic terrorism.” And as such, it also merits investigation from the the Departments of Justice and Education. The NSBA says such a development would merit even more help from the DHS and FBI, and suggests a “review” should “examine appropriate enforceable actions” using the PATRIOT Act.
Two days later, the Office of the Attorney General issued a memorandum which states “In recent months, there has been a disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff who participate in the vital work of running our nation’s public schools. While spirited debate about policy matters is protected under our Constitution, that protection does not extend to threats of violence or efforts to intimidate individuals based on their views.” (READ MORE: EXCLUSIVE: Pastor Speaks Out After School Board Calls Police Over His Opposition To Child Mask Mandate)
“Threats against public servants are not only illegal, they run counter to our nation’s core values. Those who dedicate their time and energy to ensuring that our children receive a proper education in a safe environment deserve to be able to do their work without fear for their safety,” the statement continues without citing any evidence of threats against school boards.
“The Department takes these incidents seriously and is committed to using its authority and resources to discourage these threats, identify them when they occur, and prosecute them when appropriate. In the coming days, the Department will announce a series of measures designed to address the rise in criminal conduct directed towards school personnel.”

“Coordination and partnership with local law enforcement is critical to implementing these measures for the benefit of our nation’s nearly 14,000 public school districts. To this end, I am directing the Federal Bureau of Investigation, working with each United States Attorney, to convene meetings with federal, state, local, Tribal, and territorial leaders in each federal judicial district within 30 days of the issuance of this memorandum,” it continues. “The Department is steadfast in its commitment to protect all people in the United States from violence, threats of violence, and other forms of intimidation and harassment.” (READ MORE: VIDEO: Christian Registered Nurse Decries Liberal Florida School Board, ‘You Are All Demonic Entities’)
It appears that the Biden regime is attempting to utilize the powers of the federal law enforcement apparatus to intimidate concerned parents and prevent them from attending school board meetings, hovering the threat of criminal prosecution over their heads for voicing objections against Critical Race Theory, mask and vaccine mandates, and in some cases, sexually depraved curriculum, as has been observed across American public schools in recent months.
Americans online are noting that the move is a “blatant suppression tactic, designed to dissuade citizens from participating in the democratic process at school boards,” citing the regime’s increasingly common practice of “repurposing federal law enforcement to target political opposition.”
The Biden regime echoed similar language when referring to the citizens of the United States when AG Garland declared the “top domestic violent extremist threat” against the US came from “those who advocate for the superiority of the white race” while describing the government’s National Strategy For Countering Domestic Terrorism, in which he compared American citizens to Al-Qaeda shortly after the events of January 6.
AG Merrick Garland: “In the FBI’s view, the top domestic violent extremist threat comes from racially or ethically motivated violent extremists specifically those who advocate for the superiority of the white race.”

Glenn Greenwald, who worked with Edward Snowden to expose the federal government’s secret mass surveillance programs under the Obama-Biden administration, warned about the Biden regimes’ new “domestic terror” approach in The New Domestic War on Terror Has Already Begun — Even Without the New Laws Biden Wants back in June, after the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued the fourth danger bulletin of 2020.
In the piece, Greenwald noted that “just like the first War on Terror, these threats are issued with virtually no specificity. They are just generalized warnings designed to put people in fear about their fellow citizens and to justify aggressive deployment of military and law enforcement officers[…]throughout the country.”
“Fear is crucial for state authority. When the population is filled with it, they will acquiesce to virtually any power the government seeks to acquire in the name of keeping them safe. But when fear is lacking, citizens will crave liberty more than control, and that is when they question official claims and actions. When that starts to happen, when the public feels too secure, institutions of authority will reflexively find new ways to ensure they stay engulfed by fear and thus quiescent,” Greenwald wrote.
“These are all the same weapons as the ones invoked for the first War on Terror. Yet what is perhaps most notable about comparing this new domestic War on Terror to the first one is not the common weapons invoked to fight it but rather how identical are the rhetorical strategies used to demand submission to it. No nuance or questioning is permitted when it comes to discussions of how much danger America really faces from domestic extremists. The parallels with the first War on Terror are manifest.”
