Stew Peters exposed the horrifying underbelly of Child Protective Services and their role in alleged child sex trafficking, part of what Peters describes as the “pedophile matrix” that is attacking America’s kids, in a jaw-dropping interview with a mother who has lived through the horror firsthand, losing the life of her 2-year-old son in the process.
Stew Peters, whose popular show has been banned by big tech censors, exposed the seemingly deliberate actions of the Illinois Department of Child and Family Services, in conjunction with the family court system, in a pair of interviews he conducted on his program with Kara Witkowski. Witkowski is an Illinois mother of two who had her children taken from her and handed over to their abusive, alleged pedophile of a father when she tried to leave their toxic relationship.
Though Witkowski sought a 2-year protective order against Thomas Biel, the father of her children who had both physically and sexually abused her throughout their relationship, she was unable to break away from him, bound by an unsupervised visitation order that granted him continued, private access to the children they shared.
When her kids began telling her of the physical and sexual abuse that was taking place at their father’s home and Witkowski reported it to the state, including the fact that her daughter reported being touched in her “bathing suit zone” and displayed bruises and scratches when she returned from her father’s house, DCFS sided with the abuser, accusing Witkowski and her children of lying.

Eventually, Thomas Biel was able to obtain full custody of both of Kara’s children with the blessing of the state, despite their knowledge that he had a hard drive containing a massive amount of child pornography and their ignoring of all the previous accusations made against him by his own children. Shockingly, Witkowski tells Stew Peters, a judge overseeing the case even issued a court order barring rape kits from being performed on the children once they’d entered their father’s custody, throwing up a direct roadblock to protecting the kids and investigating any accusations against Biel.

On October 31, 2019, Halloween night, police responded to the Biel home, to find baby James, who had just recently turned 2, unresponsive on his grandfather Jerry Biel’s bed. For background, Jerry Biel has also been accused of sexually abusing the children, including directly by his own granddaughter. None of the Biels claimed to know what had happened to James, saying that he was just fine before he was found unresponsive.
According to the police report, baby James was found with a red bubble of blood coming from his nose, red-colored foam coming from his mouth, a swollen tongue, and a cut on his lip. Despite this, a minimal investigation by authorities that seemingly ignored the reality of chronic abuse found that James’ death was “accidental.”

Kara Witkowski is far from the only parent to suffer at the hands of DCFS and other CPS divisions under various names. Though they are supposed to function in the protection of children, the protective divisions have increasingly become less and less functional, and in many cases serve to hurt families more than protect them. As is becoming more widely reported, on a national scale, the sex trafficking of children has been part of “protective services” for years.

In some cases, highly powerful political families have even been accused of weaponizing CPS against their enemies. As reported by National File, Nancy Pelosi’s son was accused of physically assaulting the six-year-old daughter of a woman he was “obsessed” with before he turned on the woman, his ex-girlfriend Karena Feng, and employed CPS against her, successfully getting her daughter taken away while using mob-like tactics.
