In a recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast, actor Steve Schirripa tore into New York Mayor and failed presidential candidate Bill de Blasio, describing him as the “worst f*cking human that maybe walks the face of the earth.”
The rant against De Blasio’s legendary incompetence came during episode 1493 of the JRE Podcast, where host Joe Rogan talked to actors Michael Imperioli and Steve Schirripa from the highly acclaimed television series “The Sopranos.”
Schirrpia described the atmosphere of New York after the recent Black Lives Matter riots: “The streets are empty at night, after the looting, they destroyed SoHO, you know, it’s just destroyed, you know, and the cops are very timid, and it’s all f*cked up.”
“I don’t know how it happened,” Rogan replied. “Like, seeing the cops just standing around while they were looting the art galleries in SoHo, while they were smashing Fifth Avenue, like, what the f*ck is this? It’s like the end of the world.”
“You know, De Basio’s the worst f*cking – I’m not a political guy at all, Joe, like not at all, but he’s the worst f*cking human that maybe walks the face of the earth, I kid you not,” Schirripa said.
The “Sopranos” and “Blue Bloods” star went on to state that within a year of de Blasio becoming mayor, the city had deteriorated to such an extent that Schirripa decided to sell his property downtown.
Schirripa noted that under de Blasio, the New York City Police Department has had “one hand tied behind their backs” after the abolition of policies that curbed violent crime, such as stop and frisk. “The homeless is everywhere all of a sudden, the trains are impossible.”
“I’m pro-cop,” Schirripa added.
