Protesters gathered outside House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s San Francisco home to hang hairdryers from a tree in front of the residence following her scandalous trip to a hair salon that has been shuttered for months to follow city ordinances created to slow the spread of COVID-19.
The stunt comes days after the California congresswoman was found breaking the city’s COVID-19 social distancing rules after she visited a hair salon without wearing a mask as the rest of the area is subjected to strict lockdown measures.
The footage shows a small group of protesters troll the Speaker of the House with the brief act, expressing their discontent at the apparent double standard in her actions.

President Donald Trump added fuel to the fire after the news emerged following Pelosi’s salon visit.
“Crazy Nancy Pelosi is being decimated for having a beauty parlor opened, when all others are closed, and for not wearing a Mask – despite constantly lecturing everyone else. We will almost certainly take back the House, and send Nancy packing!” Trump wrote.

After the Speak of the House was caught breeching social distancing, she made the claim that she had been set up by the salon to make her look bad.
Per National File:
According to Fox News, Pelosi was seen at the salon in time stamped security video indicating she was there for at around 3 p.m. on Monday, August 31. Screen shots of the conversation between the owner and stylist also suggest both parties were shocked at the top Democrat asking them to violate the law, but ultimately decided to allow it to happen.
Pelosi, who originally claimed that the salon approached her and claimed it was legal for them to accommodate one customer in the building at a time, now claims she was “set up” by a salon she’s been to “many times.”
“I take responsibility for trusting the word of the neighborhood salon that I’ve been to over the years many times,” said Pelosi on Wednesday. “When they said we’re able to accommodate people one person at a time and we can set up that time I trusted that.”
“As it turns out it was a set up, so I take responsibility for falling for a set up, and that’s all I’m going to say on that,” she added.
Pelosi then accused the salon of “setting” her up, and suggested the owners apologize to the House Speaker for putting her through this ordeal.
“I think this salon owes me an apology for setting up,” said Pelosi.
President Trump also found humor in Pelosi’s claim that she had been set up.
“Crazy Nancy Pelosi said she was “set up” by the beauty parlor owner when she improperly had the salon opened (and didn’t wear a MASK!). Does anyone want a Speaker of the House who can be so easily SET UP?” Trump tweeted.
