GOP Presidential candidate Nikki Haley claimed during the News Nation Republican Presidential Debate that watching videos on the CCP-run TikTok app makes people “17% more antisemitic” and “pro-Hamas.”
“We really do need to ban TikTok once and for all, and let me tell you why,” Haley said on the debate stage. “For every 30 minutes that someone watches TikTok every day, they become 17% more antisemitic, more pro-Hamas, based on doing that,” she claimed.
Amazingly, Haley made the claim even though her own daughter was once a TikTok star, something that Haley called Vivek Ramaswamy “scum” for bringing up in a previous GOP debate.
Haley didn’t bother citing any actual source for her claim and is being widely accused of making it up on the spot. She’s being mocked by voters for the claim, which is the latest in a long line of bizarre pro-war-for-Israel statements that she’s made since the current conflict between the Jewish state and Hamas kicked off.
After the October 7th Hamas raid on southern Israel that sparked the ongoing war, Nikki Haley claimed that Hamas had launched an attack “not just on Israel,” but an “attack on America as well,” and called for the war to escalate into the total destruction of Iran, who Haley claims is ultimately behind the Hamas attack.
“And I’ll say this to Prime Minister Netanyahu: Finish them. Finish them,” Haley said at the time. “Hamas did this, you know Iran’s behind it. Finish them.”

Nikki Haley’s bizarre claim surrounding TikTok, antisemitism, and Hamas came just after she was blasted for pro-trans remarks she made during a CBS news interview, in which she called for an end to laws banning the transgender mutilation of children.
Though Team Haley has claimed that the comments were taken out of context, an extended video clip of the remarks shows that Haley not only called for the government to stop banning childhood transgenderism but attempted to pass off the grooming of kids as a normal part of puberty.
