Joe Biden told reporters outside the White House that opening America’s borders to illegal aliens is “long overdue,” after the Supreme Court upheld Title 42 border protections for at least another few months, as more court cases both for and against the Trump-era border protection play out.
Under the Title 42 border program, which Joe Biden and his administration have perpetually violated, illegal aliens stopped at the US-Mexico border are kept in Mexico while their “asylum” cases make it through America’s bogged-down court system.
Biden and his administration are fighting to repeal the Trump-era border protection, which was enacted under the federal COVID emergency. Amazingly, though Democrats have fought tooth and nail to keep masking and lockdown policies that impact American citizens in place, they’ve fought with that same vigor to remove COVID protections from America’s borders.
“The court is not gonna decide until June apparently and in the meantime, we have to enforce it,” Biden told reporters outside the White House after the Supreme Court announced that Title 42 will be kept in place as legal challenges both for and against it play out in other courts.
The Supreme Court says they’ll revisit Title 42 in February.
Since Biden took office, record-setting levels of illegal aliens have swarmed America, with an estimated more than 10 million of them taking up residence.

Thanks to the left-wing interpretation of America’s laws, that has ravaged the southern border for decades, anyone and everyone who claims they need asylum is “entitled” to a hearing, paid for by the American taxpayers.
Prior to Title 42, the illegals were allowed to wait for their hearing in the United States, and would routinely skip out on their court date after being granted entry into America, disappearing into the vast nation. This happened hundreds of thousands if not millions of times, over and over again, thanks to the open borders policies of both Democrats and Republicans.
