The journalist, Keean Bexte, filmed Yaniv and asked the activist, “will you be pleading guilty”–referring to Yaniv’s trial–to which Yaniv launches an assault, punching Bexte and orders him to “get away from me.”
The video clip, which is 29 seconds long, shows Yaniv clearly attack the journalist which demanding he get away while Bexte backpedaled.
Bexte begins the video by asking Yaniv whether she plans to plead guilty in court. This provokes Yaniv to storm toward the camera, screaming “get away from me” in a baritone voice.
As Yaniv begins apparently hitting Bexte, the journalist is heard remarking “Get away from me you f*cking crazy f*cking thing.”
Bexte also claimed to be calling the police on Yaniv.

Many of the comments left by social media personalities expressed negativity towards Yaniv, who hasn’t won over much support following the activist’s recent antics, including attempting to host a naked pool party where minors were granted free access, a weapons charge, and attempting to sue several beauty salons over their refusal to wax his male genitalia.
Press charges, PLEASE.

A commenter added that Yaniv allegedly claimed disability benefits, tweeting: “More than press charges; that person is supposedly on disability… based on that video; it seems to be fraudulent… who do we send this video to get this investigated.”
While another mentioned, “J. Yaniv seems to be able to run and the arms have full range of motion. I’d say pretty able bodied for being on disability.”

On Yaniv’s weapons charge, National File reported:
Yaniv is facing two counts of possession of a prohibited weapon violating the Firearms Act, as reported by the Post Millennial.
Yaniv brandished and showed off the functionality of a taser during a debate with popular trans YouTuber, Blaire White, in August this year. Yaniv acknowledged the illegality of the weapon.
Two stun guns, pepper spray, and bear spray were seized from Yaniv’s apartment in August after the unorthodox debate, according to another report from The Post Millennial.
In court, the defendant recognized the two charges, and a court date for January 13 2020 at 2:00 pm was scheduled.
Yaniv alerted the presiding Justice of the Peace about “threats” that had been received.
The court didn’t acknowledge her complaint.
Yaniv faces a maximum sentence of 6 months in prison if found guilty.
Yaniv previously expressed discontent at the fact an OB/GYN refused offer medical services due to his having male genitalia, thus being unqualified to service the activist.
