Goya Foods CEO Robert Unanue bucked the mainstream media’s latest speech rule that declares Americans are no longer allowed to question the results of a presidential election – even one plagued with abundant credible accusations of widespread fraud – and declared that he believes President Donald Trump was legally reelected President of the United States in November of 2020.
“My biggest honor today is going to be that, I think, we’re going to be on the same stage as, in my opinion, the real, the legitimate, and the still actual President of the United States, Donald J. Trump,” said Unanue, greeted by applause.
Unanue then recounted receiving numerous unsolicited ballots as part of the Democrats’ push for mail in voting, which was justified using fears of COVID-19 spreading at polling booths.
“I received, I think as many people I know and maybe many of you, unsolicited ballots,” said Unanue. “So, I mean, as a citizen of the United States, I think I’m allowed to vote once. once — not twice.”
On MSNBC, a nasally, whiny host asked, “Renee, how much longer can they keep going?” The panel of hosts seemed shocked that prominent Republicans are still questioning the integrity of an election that was plagued with voter irregularities and credible claims of outright fraud.
In July of last year, many on the left attempted to cancel Goya – a company, founded by immigrants, that makes canned goods – because the CEO said something positive about President Trump. Unanue announced that he donated money to President Trump’s reelection campaign, and asserted “Trump was ‘a builder,” while comparing him to Unanue’s own grandfather.
“You know, this call for a boycott. There’s so many people for, you know, against the boycott and for our company. So it’s just a reflection, I believe, of the division that exists today in our country,” Unanue told Fox News at the time. “I don’t know who I attribute this quote to, but we’ve lived by the philosophy of ‘there are those who are born to love and to build and others to hate and destroy.’ And unfortunately, this great divide is killing our nation.”
