Tudor Dixon, the Republican gubernatorial candidate in Michigan, went hard against her Democrat incumbent rival Gretchen Whitmer in Dixon’s speech Wednesday at Marlena’s Bistro, a West Michigan dining establishment that stayed open during Whitmer’s lockdown. The owner of the bistro was arrested during Whitmer’s COVID reign of tyranny.
Tudor Dixon stated: “Gretchen Whitmer’s draconian and extreme lockdown policies are still impacting Michiganders who are struggling to make ends meet. Just this week, it was reported that Michigan small businesses closed at a higher rate than any other state in the country. That is her economic legacy. She singlehandedly shut down our state and continues to rule as a tyrannical and all-powerful queen. This November, we will take back our state, support our businesses, partner with parents, and stand up for common sense policies.”
Whitmer not only locked down Michigan, devastating the hardworking people of her state, but she also tipped the globalists’ hand when it comes to future tyrannical measures. Whitmer actually banned numerous stores from selling seeds and home garden items to people in Michigan who want to grow their own food. The Institute for Justice stated that “permitting grocery stores to sell vegetables, fruits, and herbs, but prohibiting nurseries and greenhouses from selling plants so that Michiganders can grow their own vegetables, fruits, and herbs does not make sense.” Did Whitmer reveal the tyrants’ plan to cut people off from feeding themselves?
Clearly, Whitmer’s disturbing lockdown is still on the minds of Michiganders, and the governor’s race will only get more intense as October continues.
