45th President Donald J. Trump’s lawyers and Fulton County DA Fani Willis agreed to the terms of Trump’s bail on Monday, with a bond to be set at $200,000. However, most concerning about the agreement is that President Trump’s right to free speech has been tampered with by vague clauses and strict social media restrictions.
The concerning part of the bond agreement states, “The Defendant shall make no direct or indirect threat of any nature against any victim; The above shall include, but are not limited to, posts on social media or reposts of posts made by another individual on social media.”

The term victim is broad and potentially applies to Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, Former Georgia LT Governor Geoff Duncan, and Fulton County DA Fani Willis. This means if Trump posts or even reposts about the individuals above, he could be in violation of his bail.
A bond order of this type could prevent Trump from speaking about potential 2024 election fraud. Globalist Governor Brian Kemp, who allowed record unchecked mail-in voting during the 2020 election, will likely attempt to do the same thing in 2024. If Trump criticizes Kemp, Governor Kemp could go to his courts and argue that Trump’s 2024 criticism of him violates the bond agreement of the 2020 criminal case.
Worse, if Trump posts about record crime in Fulton County and other Democart-run cities, Fulton DA Fani Willis could argue to the judge that Trump speaking about record crime rates violates his bond agreement.
Trump criticized Kemp and Willis on TruthSocial Monday, writing, “Governor Kemp of Georgia is fighting hard against the Impeachment of the crooked, incompetent, & highly partisan D.A. of Fulton County, Fani Willis, who has allowed Murder and other Violent Crime to MASSIVELY ESCALATE.”
“Crime in Atlanta is WORST IN NATION. She should be impeached for many reasons, not just the Witch Hunt (I did nothing wrong!). Willis should focus on out of control Murder, not “I will get TRUMP” over a Perfect Phone Call. Georgia does not deserve this GIANT MURDER WAVE!”
Trump is expected to turn himself in later this week. The Fulton County Sheriff said Trump will be booked at the Fulton County jail following his arrest.
