Anthony Sabatini, the America First candidate for US House in Florida in 2022, said that RINOs like Liz Cheney need to be “wiped out” from the GOP leadership.
Speaking to Stew Peters, Sabatini, who announced his candidacy for the US House this week, said that one of the biggest problems that conservatives and America Firsters face in politics today is that “even when we Republicans gain power in this country, the elected officials we’ve chosen don’t have the courage to stand up and fight for the things that they got elected to do.”
Sabatini noted that the current leadership is doing nothing to “fight back against the radical left,” and they’re “either going to take it lying down, or actively encourage some of the thing’s that Biden is doing.” In order to do so, the RINO leadership in the GOP has to be “wiped out,” and replaced with “true MAGA America First conservatives,” Sabatini said.
“As messed up as it is, it’s the vehicle that we have to use to basically create an America First agenda. It’s the only thing we really have,” he added:
First we need to get our own house in order, get rid of people like Liz Cheney, who are just dead weight and sellouts, who stabbed President Trump in the back every single time, and replace it with a more effective vehicle. It’s going to take time, but that’s one of the things that’s happening right now. Donald Trump is playing a major role in the reformation of the party, to try and gear it to a more aggressive, more pro-winning slate of candidates going forward that’s actually going to get things done.
Donald Trump had to deal with people like Paul Ryan during half of his administration, how are you expecting to ever get any of the platform that he actually ran on put into action when you have Paul Ryan controlling the levers of power in the US House of Representatives?
Peters noted that a lot of RINOs are being “enriched” off of recent endorsements from President Trump, pointing the finger of blame at Jared Kushner. “There’s some really crappy endorsements coming out of the Trump camp right now so you have to pay attention to these things,” Peters noted.
Once America Firsters have control of the GOP leadership, Sabatini suggested a number of actions to begin to fix the country. “We have to deinstitutionalise the left,” he said, arguing that “the Department of Education needs to be shut down,” and that at the state level, “there’s a lot of things we can do right now to stop the pain and craziness the Biden administration is intentionally creating”:
One of those things is passing mandatory E-Verify at the local level, so that way the illegal immigrants that are pouring in through the border right now, because they’ve been encouraged to do so by the Biden administration… won’t be able to come and take a job and displace American workers and suppress wages. You can do things on education, you can do things on immigration on the state level. With Donald Trump, we were able to get a lot of really good judges.
One of the greatest accomplishments of Donald Trump was rewriting the bench and the judiciary, where we can put in a lot of true constitutional judges. So we can fight them in the courts too. There are a lot of different avenues that we need to exercise.
