An explosive new undercover video report from Project Veritas reveals Facebook moderators, content reviewers, and other insiders bragging about deleting conservative posts for “terrorism” because they “don’t give no f**ks,” and gloating about refusing to take down anti-Trump content, even if it violates Facebook’s own guidelines.
Facebook whistleblower Zach McElroy told Project Veritas that Facebook is rife with structural and cultural bias against Republicans and conservatives.
McElroy’s story directly contradicts Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s assertion before Congress that Facebook is an unbiased platform. Speaking about the job of Facebook content reviewer, McElroy said, “We are essentially in charge of what gets said and what gets stifled.” McElroy also revealed that 75-80% percent of posts selected by the Facebook algorithm for moderator review are supportive towards Trump, Republicans, or conservative causes.

“I’ll delete all Republicans,” content moderator Lara Kontakos said. “If someone is wearing a MAGA hat I am going to delete them for terrorism and I’m just going to like, go crazy.”
Another content reviewer bragged about removing any conservative posts she sees, saying, “Yeah, I don’t give no f**ks, I’ll delete it.”
“It’s common sense,” said another moderator of their habit of deleting every post with hashtag #MAGA.
“Gotta get the Cheeto out of office,” one Facebook “service delivery manager” said, referring to President Donald Trump, adding that he refuses to hold colleagues accountable for abusing Facebook’s censorship policies.
Facebook Content Review Lead Steve Grimmett said, “And that’s the fortunate thing is, even if he [Trump] does say something, if it gets repeated, we can at least get the average Joe.”

Moderator Dustin Aldridge told Project Veritas that Facebook allows left-wing content that incites racial hatred against white people to remain on the platform, while deleting all posts that criticize non-white people.
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg told Congress in 2018, “There is absolutely no directive in any of the changes that we make to have a bias in anything that we do. To the contrary, our goal is to be a platform for all ideas.”
Project Veritas recently revealed that a leaked Facebook memo championed H1B visas as “the gateway to a diverse workspace,” and “priority may be given to H-1B applicant,” to “foster larger communities of diverse workers at Facebook.”
