President Donald Trump trashed Republican establishment stooge Tom Emmer on Tuesday after Emmer became the Republican party’s speaker-designate on the fifth ballot with only 117 votes. Since Emmer is unlikely to reach the 217-vote “magic number” on the House floor to become speaker, reports are surfacing that Democrat Party leadership will coordinate some Democrats skipping the vote so that the magic number goes down, and Republican populists would be unable to stop Emmer. Why? Because Democrat leadership wants funding for the globalist wars in Ukraine and Israel. But the Democrat dirty deal is not sitting right with President Donald Trump.
“I have many wonderful friends wanting to be Speaker of the House, and some are truly great Warriors. RINO Tom Emmer, who I do not know well, is not one of them. He never respected the Power of a Trump Endorsement, or the breadth and scope of MAGA—MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! He fought me all the way, and actually spent more time defending Ilhan Omar, than he did me—He is totally out-of-touch with Republican Voters,” President Donald Trump said.
Emmer’s 117 votes in a conference vote Tuesday — on the fifth ballot no less — is a small number compared to the number of House votes that Jim Jordan got on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives. But the crooked Republican establishment blocked Jordan from reaching 217 in a payback for populists overthrowing Kevin McCarthy.
McCarthy started all of this by cutting a secret deal with Biden’s handlers to fund Ukraine outside of the continuing resolution, according to Matt Gaetz. That’s what compelled Gaetz to use the motion to vacate, which succeeded for the first time ever in removing a sitting speaker.
Now McCarthy is not the speaker anymore, and his handpicked crony Steve Scalise failed to carry on the McCarthy machine, dropping out of the race amid competition from Jim Jordan. Another establishment shill named Austin Scott also lost to Jim Jordan. And the effort to unconstitutionally empower temporary speaker Patrick McHenry failed.
