One of the illegal aliens who was let out of jail with no bail after taking part in a brutal, caught-on-video mob attack against the NYPD in Times Square has been arrested once again, this time for the “coordinated robbery” of a Macy’s store in Queens that included an attack against the store’s security officer.
The illegal alien has been identified as Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel, a 19-year-old who was brought into New York City from the southern border, along with thousands of other illegals who are being housed in luxury hotels and are even taking up residence in public schools, all at the expense of the taxpayers.
According to the police, Gomez-Izquiel was allegedly caught robbing the Macy’s at the Queens Center Mall on Tuesday, along with two other men. During the robbery, the store’s security guard was attacked, when he tried to intervene and stop the thieves.
After fleeing a short distance, Gomez-Izquiel, who is said to have been serving as the robbery crew’s lookout, was apprehended by the police and taken into custody once again. Â He’s been charged with robbery and petit larceny.
It is not immediately clear whether or not Gomez-Izquiel is expected to be let out of jail on no bail yet again, but that is expected, considering the left-wing policies that have been embraced in New York City.
It is worth noting, however, that in the Times Square attack, Gomez-Izquiel is being tried by the far-left Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, which is run by no-bail pioneer and Trump persecutor Alvin Bragg, whereas in Queens, his case will be tried by the office of DA Melinda Katz, who is also a leftist.

But while New York City’s court system has been bending over backward to show favor to illegal aliens, the Police Benevolent Association has not.
PBA President, Patrick Hendry, released a statement slamming Gomez-Izquiel and the other criminals who’ve been allowed to seize control of the city’s streets, saying that “Those who attack NYC police officers have zero respect for the law,” according to the local press.
“This is exactly what happens when our justice system fails to hold them accountable – they are emboldened to victimize other New Yorkers. He needs to be put back behind bars and kept there,” Hendry added.
