A whistleblower from Loudoun County, Virginia’s disgraced public school system says that teachers are being “inappropriately touched” on a regular basis and that school administrators are doing nothing to stop it, despite a written Title 9 complaint. The accusation comes on the heels of the documented cover-up by officials with Loudoun County Public Schools of transgender bathroom rapes and several other scandals to plague the district.
Ian Prior of America 1st Legal took the most recent accusations of sexual misconduct and dereliction of duty public during a comment session at Tuesday night’s meeting of the far-left Loudoun County School Board. Prior says he didn’t come out to make headlines but because he knows that “when dealing with LCPS” things have to be “put on the record” and you have to make sure that no one can say “I didn’t know” or “I didn’t read that e-mail,” given the scandals and cover-ups to recently plague the district.
While Prior didn’t name the school where he says the inappropriate touching is taking place, or who is responsible for it, he did say it has been going on for months and that school administrators have failed to solve the problem. Prior says he has even emailed the Loudoun County schools’ Title 9 office, which is supposed to help protect those in the district from sexual discrimination and misconduct but has yet to see the issue, which is taking place in a school full of small children, stamped out.
“At an elementary school in Loudoun County, you have teachers that being inappropriately touched, multiple times a day, for the better part of two months,” Prior said during the board’s public comment session. “The school administration has not solved this problem, despite a March 11th e-mail to your Title 9 office. This administration has not solved that problem. So that problem now becomes a Title 7 problem,” Prior continued, referring to the federal acts governing sex discrimination.
The Loudoun County Moms Twitter page posted a video of Prior’s statement to the school board on their page, remarking that the district has been “put on notice” and calling their lack of response “unbelievable.”

As previously reported National File, Loudoun County Public Schools have been embroiled in controversy for the better part of two years. The school district has forced Critical Race Theory on children and arrested their parents for speaking out, with some school board members even belonging to a Facebook group dedicated to doxxing and destroying parents opposed to their pro-CRT agenda.
Loudoun County Public Schools were among the first in Virginia to enact radical, “trans-affirming” bathroom and pronoun policies in line with the Virginia Values Act and other Democrat legislation, leading to the serial rape of Loudoun County schoolgirls by a “gender fluid” male who donned a skirt and used the girls’ restroom. District officials, including Superintendent Scott Ziegler, engaged in a documented cover-up of the rapes to protect themselves and their left-wing policies, leading Governor Youngkin to order an investigation by the Virginia Attorney General on his first day in office.
