President Trump and his legal team have filed two lawsuits against Georgia’s Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger (R). One of the lawsuits is at the state level and the other is at the federal level.
On Saturday, President Trump engaged in a confidential one-hour conference call with Raffensperger and Georgia election officials for the purpose settling existing lawsuits between the Trump campaign and the contingent of Georgia officials.
It was stipulated in the call that the conversation was confidential under both federal and state law. Raffensperger and his office, therefore, illegally leaked the contents of that call when they leaked the audio to The Washington Post.
Georgia Republican Party chair David Shafer announced the filing of the two lawsuits against Secretary of State Raffensperger in the aftermath of The Post’s hit piece.
“President Donald Trump has filed two lawsuits – federal and state – against Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger,” Shafer’s statement read. “This was after Raffensperger secretly recorded the ‘confidential settlement discussion’ of that litigation that is still pending. Raffensperger was also caught in a blatant lie during the conversation, a lie that his own leak brought to light.
In the conversation, Raffensperger stated that only two people were verified to have voted in the November 3, 2020 General Election who were, in fact deceased.
But Matt Braynard, an independent data analyst and a former Trump campaign data chief, called Raffensperger out on his grotesque inaccuracies in a tweet saying, in part, “Get your facts straight and do your job…I handed you via FedEx thousands of illegitimate voters.”

Georgia’s 2020 General Election was fraught with voter fraud, ballot tampering, and vote tabulation irregularities including the illegal exclusion of credentialed poll watchers during ballot handling operations.
Lawsuits filed by and on behalf of the Trump campaign have been thwarted by the courts in their use of “standing” rulings that allowed them to ignore the evidence of fraud even as they abdicated their responsibility to the law.
The same election protocol and suspect voting machines and software are being employed in the all important January 5, 2021, twin US Senate run-off elections; election that will determine control of the US Senate and whether the United States falls into tyrannical one-party rule.
