Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy never even watched the footage of Ashli Babbitt’s death, McCarthy admitted to Ashli Babbitt’s mother. Nevertheless, Kevin McCarthy told America that he thought Capitol Police officer Michael Byrd did his job on that fateful day by killing Babbitt. How would Kevin know if he never even watched the Babbitt death footage?
Ashli Babbitt’s mother Micki Witthoeft called NATIONAL FILE’s publisher immediately after her meeting with Kevin McCarthy. During the conversation with NATIONAL FILE, Ashli Babbitt’s mother confirmed that McCarthy told her that he had not seen the death footage. Witthoeft met with McCarthy in March at the Capitol. Witthoeft, who stages protests outside of the D.C. gulag to support the prisoners, has become a leader in the community of January 6 loved ones.
The Ashli Babbitt death footage has been public for quite some time and has even been reported in the anti-patriotic media.
But Kevin McCarthy said that Lt. Michael Byrd, the Capitol Police officer who shot Ashli Babbitt, did his job. McCarthy was clearly trying to score political points with the crooked Washington establishment, which tries to portray the January 6 protest as a violent “insurrection” despite the fact that Byrd was responsible for Babbitt’s senseless death.

McCarthy is under scrutiny for his failure to publicly release the full video footage of the January 6 protest. A small percentage of the footage has so far been televised, which showed Capitol Police escorting “QAnon Shaman” Jacob Chansley around the U.S. Capitol. Jacob Chansley was recently released from federal prison and transferred to an Arizona halfway house. But McCarthy has not released the full footage that could exonerate so many more patriots.
Patriots remain locked in the D.C. gulag and elsewhere for participating in the January 6 election integrity protest in Washington, D.C. According to the U.S. Constitution, Congress has full authority over the federal district of Washington, D.C. Therefore, Congress could act to free the January 6 prisoners from the D.C. Gulag. So why doesn’t Kevin McCarthy try to take action?

President Donald Trump tried to help find the culprit in the Ashli Babbitt killing. The officer was eventually identified as Lt. Michael Byrd of the U.S. Capitol Police, who ended up getting glorified in the leftist mainstream media.

As NATIONAL FILE reported, Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi met with Capitol and Metro Police officers who testified before the congressional “January 6 Commission,” where the officers delivered shockingly partisan and widely-doubted accounts of the protest events. Pelosi personally invited Harry Dunn, a Capitol police officer, and Metro police officers Daniel Hodges and Michael Fanone to the House gallery for a vote back in June, making it clear that Pelosi had those three officers handpicked.
