Pressure is building on Georgia Governor Brian Kemp to take meaningful action to stop Fulton County DA Fini Willis’ witch hunt against Donald Trump. Kemp recently signed Senate Bill 92 into law, which grants the Governor of Georgia the power to refer lawless prosecutors to the Prosecuting Attorney’s Qualifications Commission for removal. If Kemp and the commission removed Willis as Fulton County DA, it would strike a significant blow to the globalists’ efforts to jail Trump. Georgia law limits Kemp’s pardoning ability, meaning Senate Bill 92 is the only path forward.

Disturbing scenes played out Monday when Fulton County officials issued an arrest for Donald J. Trump. First, the charges against Trump were posted and quickly removed on the Fulton County Clerk of Courts website. Senate Bill 92 gives Kemp the power to refer a prosecutor for removal for willful misconduct in office, willful and persistent failure to carry out statutory duties, and conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice which brings the office into disrepute.
Monday’s clown show featuring leaks and presumption of guilt shown by Fulton County officials should be enough for Georiga Governor Kemp to request the removal of Fulton County DA Fani Willis.
After signing Senate Bill 92 into law last May, Governor Kemp said, “I won’t stand idly by as they’re met with resistance from rogue or incompetent prosecutors who refuse to uphold the law. The creation of the PACQ will help hold prosecutors driven by out-of-touch politics than commitment to their responsibilities accountable.”
Governor Kemp must put his words into action. If Kemp fails to take action against Willis, Kemp is setting Trump up to be potentially jailed before the election.
Georgia law limits Kemp’s ability to pardon. Individuals convicted of the crimes Trump has been charged with must serve five years in jail before a pardon can be considered.
