Donald J. Trump became the first president in American history to be arrested. Trump left Trump Tower to turn himself in at the Manhattan Courthouse around 1:10 pm on Tuesday. Trump pled not guilty to the 34 charges that he is facing. Around 3:10 pm, Trump left the Manhattan Courthouse to head to LaGuardia International Airport and then fly back to Flordia.
On his way to the Manhattan Courthouse, Donald Trump wrote on TruthSocial: “Heading to Lower Manhattan, the Courthouse. Seems so SURREAL — WOW, they are going to ARREST ME. Can’t believe this is happening in America. MAGA!”
Trump waved to the crowd and put his first in the air before he walked into the Courthouse to be the first president arrested in American history.

Following his arrest, Trump looked determined as he walked to his arraignment.

During his arraignment, Trump was charged with 34 accounts of falsifying business records in the first degree, which all fall under New York Statute P.L. §175.10. Trump pled not guilty to all charges.
It’s reported that Alvin Bragg specifically mentioned NationalFile’s article when he asked the judge for a gag order. Justice Juan Merchan denied Bragg’s request for the gag order. The mainstream media wrongly accused Donald Trump of creating the baseball bat post.
Donald Trump Jr. also broke major news during Trump’s arraignment tweeting: “BREAKING!!! the 9th Circuit just awarded Trump $121,962.56 in attorney fees from Stormy Daniels. Order just released. This in addition to the roughly $500k she already owes him. LOL glad she’s out there saying her T-shirt sales are booming she’ll be able to afford to pay Trump!”

NationalFile recently reported that Alivn Bragg withheld exculpatory evidence from the grand jury that charged Donald Trump.
Trump left the Manhattan Courthouse around 3:10pm on Tuesday. Trump did not speak to the media in New York. Trump will address the nation at 8:15pm on Tuesday.
