Virginia’s GOP establishment has nominated a “homeless” alleged predator with a demonstrable history of voter fraud who’s on criminal probation in another state to stand for election to the state’s House of Delegates when Virginians go to the polls this November.
Tim Griffin was nominated to the Virginia House of Delegates by the GOP at a nominating convention over the weekend, even after word broke that Griffin is alleged to have sexually harassed numerous young women, including a rape victim while serving as a local prosecutor, and is on criminal probation in Maryland for illegally touching horses.
As detailed in a previous National File report, despite Griffin serving as the Chairman of the Bedford County, Virginia GOP, he has been registered to vote in that county from multiple phony addresses.
During a court hearing related to his child custody and support case, Griffin was called “essentially homeless” by the judge, who also expressed concern that digging into Griffin’s residential situation could implicate him in other crimes, like voter fraud and election fraud.

Should Griffin still be on the ballot in November (there is a local effort to get him removed for a multitude of reasons) he will be standing for election in the 53rd House of Delegates District while still being bound by his Maryland criminal probation.

Ahead of the 53rd District’s Saturday nominating convention, National File released an exclusive, deeply-sourced story documenting Griffin’s long history of alleged sexual predation and misconduct. Allegedly, this behavior included the grooming of an underage intern and the harassment of a rape victim, while Griffin was working as a prosecutor at the Commonwealth Attorney’s office in Amherst County.

After the story broke, Griffin, by way of attorney Brandon S. Baker, sent National File a cease and desist, “demanding” that this publication stop reporting the news.
Griffin has refused to answer National File’s requests for comments on his legal situation and the allegations of sexual harassment and predation, and his campaign manager ran away from this reporter when asked about his residency and voter registration issues.
Griffin has been endorsed by numerous members of his district’s uni-party establishment, including Lyle Carver, the Amherst County Commonwealth’s Attorney who formerly employed Griffin who sources tell National File hosted a sex-addiction “intervention” in an effort to get Griffin’s behavior within the prosecutor’s office under control.

Tim Griffin, who doesn't have a twitter account, sent this C & D letter to us at the National File.
Funny, Mr. Griffin didn't want to have a conversation about all of the allegations about him.
It looks like Atty. Baker "covers" girls softball in his free time.
