Wandrea Shaye Moss, the daughter and supervisor of Ruby Freeman, who was recorded on video appearing to tabulate concealed ballots hidden in suitcases under a table cloth during the 2020 election after the media and observers were sent home due to the false claim of a water line breaking, has now been subpoenaed in a civil case relating to the 2020 election, and will be subject to a deposition in which she will be recorded on video.
After The Gateway Pundit identified Ruby Freeman as one of the women in the video, National File identified Shaye Moss as the daughter of Freeman and her immediate supervisor during the election. Moss and Freeman were seen appearing to stop their work, then retrieve suitcases full of ballots that were concealed under a table cloth, and begining to tabulate those ballots in video released during the aftermath of the 2020 election. The subpoena reveals that “Petitioners will take the videotaped deposition upon oral examination of Wandrea Shaye Moss, on Thursday, June 10, 2021” at the “Fulton County Attorney’s Office”. The document continues, “The witness will be examined upon deposition for purposes of discovery, and immediately thereafter will be deposed for preservation of testimony for use at trial”.
Moss is also ordered to provide “A thumb drive containing separately an electronic bit by bit image of all communications for the time period of January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020 made and received by Wandrea Shaye Moss relating to the November 3, 2020 general election contained on Wandrea Shaye Moss’s cellphones, emails, tablets, desktop computer or drive, laptops, computers, Snap Chat account, WhatsApp account, Face Book account, INstagram account, You Tube postings or account, other social media communications and any and all other electronic devices and electronic accounts under the custody and control of Wandrea Shaye Moss at any time.” She is also ordered to provide “all electronic devices under the custody and control of Wandrea Shaye Moss which were utilized during your activities from approximately January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020.”
Both President Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani identified Moss and demanded she be subpoenaed in the aftermath of the election, with Giuliani doing so publicly, and President Trump in leaked audio. “We had at least 18 thousand that’s on tape…. 18 thousand voters having to do with (bleep),” Trump said. “She’s a vote scammer, a professional vote scammer and hustler, (bleep).”
