As former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne gears up for another hearing in the U.S. Federal Courthouse in his case against Dominion Voting Machine System, it will be a whole new ballpark with President Donald Trump at the helm of the executive branch.
Byrne warns Dominion voting systems and Smartmatic have effectively rigged elections around the world and Democrats were utilizing the software to to rig the 2024 presidential race against President Donald Trump a second time but failed
Democrats “did not expect to lose the election,” Byrne said. “They thought they had it rigged again. I know why the rig did not work as expected, and someday that will probably come out. But the rig was neutralized this year, first by a lot of great work by people in the field and on the ground.”
The billionaire who poured his fortune into saving US election integrity over the past four years said he has uncovered “15 different ways they rig the elections.”Each tactic is executed on the ground except one that involves foul play conducted by the Chinese and Serbian military.
They decide “if they want this guy to beat this guy, they cheat the 14 on the ground ways that we know about. Then at the end of the day, at 7:01 pm, when the polls close, they come online from Serbia,” Byrne said. “There’s an office in Serbia staffed by Chinese military and Serbian military intelligence, and they come on and they just jam, whatever’s left to cheat, they just jam in from Serbia.
“And that’s where they create election management systems,” he continued. “They create a virtual machine in the RAM, they come in, they change the results as they want, and then they poof — the Virtual Machine disappears. There’s almost no trace of anything unless you really do forensics.”
Harris and her entire transition team of “Obamaites,” Byrnes argued, “took a real uppercut to the chin” on November 5, stunned that the ploy they successfully executed in 2020 failed this time around.
Harris was confident the system was rigged in her favor on November 5, so much so that “she was in the office of some people with her transition team literally smirking and saying, ‘don’t believe the polls. Don’t believe the stories. This election is in the bag 100 percent,’” he said. “It’s because they thought they had it rigged.”
“Well, something happened to that Serbian office on the day of the election. That’ll be up to other people to reveal someday what happened. But that rig was neutralized,” he continued. “Harris didn’t even have a concession speech…because they had no expectation of losing.
“So we entered a phase for which they didn’t have a plan, and at this point, they’re kind of flailing, doing different things. They did not plan for this. They thought that they had the next term sewed up.”
Now that Trump is in office, “They’re frightened to death,” he continued. “They’re upping the game with these UFOs, with fires and this kind of stuff.”
On March 5, 2021, Byrne received a call from General Michael Flynn. Flynn asked Byrne to relocate to Florida to help him establish a grassroots effort to “unite the tribes like Lawrence of Arabia.” and “build a movement” to save America. Together they established the America Project.
Months later, in August 2021, Dominion Voting Systems sued Byrne for defamation. The lawsuit stems from Byrne’s public statements where he claimed that Dominion’s voting machines were used to rig the 2020 U.S. presidential election in favor of Joe Biden.
Specifically, Byrne was accused of spreading false information about Dominion’s technology, which led to reputational damage to the company.
The lawyer he hired to represent him in the case, Stefanie Lambert, a 14-year prosecutor from Detroit, was arrested for gathering the evidence of election fraud that was systemically being erased.

“The Michigan, Soros-installed secretary of state sent out orders to everybody to erase all their hard drives and thumb drives associated with the election,” Byrne said. “That was an unlawful order. Under Michigan law, the town clerks and the sheriffs have the authority to conduct their own investigations and they can use state resources, where they can engage a local lawyer.
A number of local sheriffs and state town clerks decided this wasn’t right – that they had been given orders to erase everything. It went to Stephanie, they hired Stephanie as their lawyer and former prosecutor who has run many investigations. She then hired some computer assets, white hat computer forensic people. Out of the thousand involved in the election in 2020, there were probably about 60 who did not follow orders to destroy everything. They started going through it and analyzing.
They found the remnants of an enormous hack. It was absolutely stolen. I can even tell you we now know exactly how it’s done. People came from Serbia. They manipulate, they create within the county election boxes a virtual machine within the ram. They alter the results as they want and they, poof, disappear the virtual machine and there is almost no record. Only if you do a forensic audit they find these real audits, including foreign connectivity.
That’s why the Soro-secretary of state wanted everything destroyed.
Stephanie and her people found the Soros-installed attorney general brought charges against Stephanie, some town clerks, and they tried to against the sheriffs. It’s the way with lawfare. Lawfare distorts the law because the process is the punishment – that’s what it counts on, it counted that Stephanie would fold.
We did not fold. Stephanie is as tough as they come. We got right up to the trial, two months ago, and the night before the trial eventually some emails were turned over from within the state attorney general and the electorate division and in those emails, they acknowledge that all those town clerks were right. They had the discretion to start their own private investigations and hire a private investigator, and they had hired Stephanie as a lawyer.
They even knew in their own emails there was nothing illegal about what she did. They only turned those emails over the night before the trial started. She went to trial, they were about to seat the jury. She turned these over to the judge. The judge went back and read them. He came out, delayed the trial for several months and we think it’s all just going to get kicked because these charges are frivolous charges.
25 million dollar bounty on your head
Venezuela had a tough election. On July 28 they had a tough election. The dictator had six or seven million votes against him. They had 1.75 million for him. What they normally do in Venezuela is they stuff about five and half million ballots each election cycle so they come out ahead. They’ve got a special tool. In Venezuela when you vote you need an ID card and a thumb print. That’s supposed to ensure everybody that this is really secure. One it ties your ballot to your thumb print so the goons know who you voted for. The goons know how ever person in the country voted, it’s tied to there. The public doesn’t know that, but that’s how it really happens.
Secondly it raises the question, how do you stuff 5 million ballots? They have special software tool that bypasses that fingerprint readers. It makes the fingerprint reader spit out the correct 9 digit number to be associated with each thumb. That special software tool was working right up to Saturday July 27 in testing. But at 12:01, July 28, in testing, evidently that special software tool started just printing out random nine digit numbers. They weren’t able to stuff 5.5 million ballots the way they do, which is why the dictator on election day – they normally have all of this fake transparency as the election results come in, they canceled all of that and went nuts inside the government because the stuffing wasn’t working. They went nuts and canceled all the transparency and they just came out the next morning and said, ‘We won 51, 49, take it or leave it.’
The Venezuelan government evidently thinks I know something about this and they have put a bounty on my head of $25 million.
The DNA is all the same. The government of Venezuela is a mafia it’s called the cartel of the Suns. The generals of Venezuela wear a sun, not a star, on their shoulders. When people say the cartels of the suns they mean the cartels of the generals.
They seized two things, the oil industry, the oil company called Penedeza. The largest oil reserves in the world are not in Saudi Arabia, they are in Venezuela. They have since stolen 4 trillion dollars, they’ve looted from their own country.
The other thing they did was they seized the election commission. If you are sitting on top of the world’s biggest gasoline station and stealing all — pumping all of the money for yourself, the last thing you ever want to do is lose an election.
They stole the election commission called the CNE. The CNE, the mafia took that over. Then they sent three young engineers to Florida to start a business called Smartmatic. Basically, they created a software system that could run elections but could actually be hacked, and could actually spit out any answer they wanted. Then they created a commercial front called Smartmatic. Smartmatic technology went on to become the underlying technology of the entire election system. It all traces back to that.
Just like when you buy a computer, whether you buy Lenovo or HP or Dell, inside they are using the Windows operating system from Microsoft. Similarly, which any of the main electronic election systems that you buy, whatever the brand is on the outside it doesn’t matter. The operating system inside is actually some version of Smartmatic, which is actually a front for the Venezuela mafia. That’s what you’re voting on.
Over the last 20 years, they have been bending election in 72 nations. Seventy-two nations have had their elections effected over the last 20 years over this system. It’s China behind it all. According to the art of war, the greatest victory is to win without firing a bullet.
In China they are studying all the free or freest nations in the world and they are tweaking their elections. They knew not to have whole world flip communist overnight or flip pro-Chinese overnight. They have gradually collapsed 72 nations and bent their domestic politics over 20 years. That’s how they almost succeeded in conquering the West.
It’s basically Burger King and McDonalds. They each have a vision. The vision is there should be a one world government, the world population should be reduced about 85 percent. There should be a one world government.
They have realized we are at the point in our history where five or ten percent of the population can escape with all the learnings and all the technology of thousands of years of history and escape and everything can keep on working. They don’t really need that 90 percent anymore.
Both of them have a similar vision only in the vision of one group, the World Economic Forum, that global government of the WHO, UN, IMF, WEF, that’s all based in central Europe and that’s the center of global government. In the eyes of China, it’s the same basic business model but they want it based in Beijing. That’s the only difference between the two. What they agree on is that you got to crack the nation state system, and that comes down to destroying the US first, and once the US falls, everything else is done. All the rest of the West is done.
In 1993, a deal was made between Russia and China. They had seen what happened to the Soviet Union. And China made a deal to do this to the United States, cooperate with Russia. They would crack the US. Russia gets Alaska and Western Canada. China gets the US and eastern Canada. Everyone gets exterminated, rounded up into FEMA camps and exterminated, and we all get turned into a big farm called New China.
In fact, in China, they’ve already distributed the deeds. Here’s the deeds. I’m pretending this is a deed. It’s my Qatari residence permit. The deeds on every home in America has some Chinese major or Colonel or general or communist party boss already has a deed on your home, Alicia. He looks at it on Google Earth once a month. He sees he put in a new hot tub. He thanks you for it. Heat believes that well, as of four years ago, they thought they were occupying that by 2028. and this is all in the Chinese national security literature. What they plan on is collapsing the US into civil war.
And then the there’s a three year civil war where the cartels are opened up, given three years to rape, pillage, loot and burn, everything collapses. And when there’s 90% of the people are gone, the Chinese move in and they occupy and they turn it into new China.
That’s, incidentally, solves a 2000 year old problem for the Chinese. that their land is terrible, and they get the best farm in the world.
Eighty percent of the groundwater in China is polluted. That’s why they haven’t cared about polluting, because they anticipate occupying and the colonizing us.
I don’t mean to discourage you, but fortunately, I’d say four years ago at this point, General Flynn and I spoke when we broke up after a couple days after January 6. I said, ‘What are the chances we make it to 2022 election?’ He said about 40%. I said, What are the chances we make it to 2024 he said, the election? He said maybe 5%, 10%. He said that they they’ve waited 100 years for this moment. They’re not going to let it happen.
However, then when he called me a few months later and said, ‘We’re going to it’s going to be like Lawrence of Arabia. We’re going to unify the tribes, Pat we’re going to get a movement, and we’re going to get all the people who are angry and awake about different things, from election integrity, the medical freedom issue, the vaccines and clot shots’and all that stuff, and the people angry about the border, and we’re going to turn this into this movement.
That’s what I did for the first two years of these four years, and what I did for the second two years. I’ve really been overseas for two years, operating, putting together this what’s really got the whole Venezuelan system.

We were having censorship; we were having mandated ‘vaccines.’ Over half of Democrats were in favor of rounding up people who provided ‘misinformation’ — that’s like Soviet-era thinking.

Owners of Fox News Corp are entirely aware that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump, Byrne contends. He handed them the irrefutable evidence.
But Rupert Murdoch’s sons have such disdain for Trump, the network not only decided to settle with Dominion despite being handed all the evidence of fraud.
The corporation that steadily maintains the highest ratings of all cable news networks and the largest online readership in the country is beholden to the chi-coms.
“Fox accepted a billion dollars from China to pay off Dominion and got Fox to fold,” Byrne explained. “A couple of weeks before they made that deal, they actually accepted a billion-dollar sweet loan from China.
“So, China loaned them a billion dollars that they could turn around and pay off the $800 million settlement with Dominion.”
Byrne says experts on his team met with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who served as director of the Central Intelligence Agency from 2017 to 2018, along with Paula Ryan, who was appointed to the Fox Corporation Board of Directors in March 2019, and handed them proof showcasing how Dominion irrefutably rigged the 2020 election.

Pompeo, Paul Ryan along with Rupert Murdoch two sons, who both married to socialite New Yorkers “decided they hated Donald Trump so much that they would rather do a settlement with Dominion rather than fight them in court because they didn’t want Trump to turn out to be right,” Byrne claimed. “We didn’t have all the evidence then. We now have 100 percent of the story.”
If they had gone into court with evidence we had, it would have exposed that Trump was correct. And they did not want do anything to help Trump,” Byrne continued. “Instead, they took this other deal where they paid them $800 million, but it was really, they borrowed a billion and then paid $800 million.”
“Pompeo and Ryan had all the information beforehand – that’s how much they hate Trump. They had 80 percent of the information beforehand, easy enough that they could have defeated Dominion in court and they decided to take a dive.”

I did a deposition with Hunter Biden by zoom. I think I have more coming up by zoom. I might have more coming up. I might be back in the US by then. I’m looking forward to getting back in the US. I’d like to close this off with advice to the American people and people going through hard times, because about your biography, it’s really remarkable what you not only accomplished and they serve this country and put yourself in danger of doing so so many times, and you’re also a survivor of cancer, and you’ve gone through so much to still be steadfast and health and healthy and strong and here with us. So what advice would you give people who you know, maybe the J Sixers are incarcerated, the parents who were locked up at school board meetings, the family, those whose family members were killed in the hospital under COVID protocol, Americans are down and out. People can’t even afford food or go to food banks more than ever, and gas prices, you name it. We’re all we’ve all in touch by this totalitarian gene. So what’s your words of wisdom you can leave us with? We’re all in this together. We’re all in this together. Hold on for 10 more days, and this nightmare will begin to be over.
I believe Trump’s heart is in the right place, and it may be the first time in 40 or 50 years we’ve had a president whose heart was in the right place. I think he’s going to look out for the American people. Some of these problems are not hard problems to solve. They’re just hard problems to solve without costing a bunch of rich guys get their asses handed to them.
I think if you’re willing to do the right thing, we can minimize human suffering, but it’s going to make maybe the upper 5% of society really take a real shot. But you know, if you’re willing to do that, this can all be this can all be solved witho0ut with a minimum of human suffering.
